War of Knives. Share your battle challenge [EN - ES]
A huge amount of knives.Knives and slashes will take centre stage in this week's Share your Battle challenge in Splinterlands. This week's protagonist has one of the most powerful abilities in the game: thorns. An ability that multiplies the damage dealt by the creature that has the ability. If, in addition, we have Mylor Crowling in our ranks, the battle becomes a minefield in which every time you move you take damage. Let's get to this week's challenge with Venari Knifer.
Una cantidad ingente de cuchillos. Cuchillos y cortes serán los protagonistas en el Share your Battle challenge de esta semana en Splinterlands. Y es que el protagonista de esta semana tiene una de las habilidades más poderosas de todo el abanico que nos ofrece el juego: thorns. Una habilidad que multiplica el daño causado por la criatura que tiene dicha habilidad. Si, además, contamos con Mylor Crowling en nuestras filas la batalla se convierte en un campo de minas en el que cada vez que te mueves recibes daño. Vamos con el reto de esta semana presentando a Venari Knifer.
VENARI KNIFER
THE CARD
In Venari Knifer, one of the most prominent members of the Venari family, we have a common rarity and earth deck card. He stands out mainly for his high speed and, especially, for the ability he brings right from level 1: Thorns. An ability that has one of the best summoners in the game precisely from the earth deck, Mylor Crowling. Venari Knifer also has two hit points and a massive seven health.
En Venari Knifer, uno de los miembros más destacados de la familia Venari, tenemos una carta del mazo de tierra y de rareza común. Destaca principamente por su elevada velocidad y, especialmente, por la habilidad que aporta ya desde el nivel 1: Thorns. Una habilidad que tiene uno de los mejores invocadores del juego precisamente del mazo de tierra como es Mylor Crowling. Venari Knifer, además, tiene dos puntos de ataque y unos importantes siete puntos de vida.
There is no doubt that Venari Knifer's strong point is the ability he possesses. He's not one of the top tanks in the ground deck where we can play with the likes of Unicorn Mustang or Mycelic Infantry, but his ability puts him on the menu of tanks to use, especially if we don't have Mylor in our deck. Its high summoning cost, six points, discourages its use in low mana battles, being highly recommended in those battle conditions where you can't use magic or where you can only field melee creatures. In those two conditions Venari Knifer especially shines.
Sin lugar a dudas que el punto fuerte de Venari Knifer es la habilidad que tiene. No es uno de los tanques más destacados del mazo de tierra donde podemos jugar con auténticas fieras como Unicorn Mustang o Mycelic Infantry, pero su habilidad lo coloca dentro del menú de tanques a usar especialmente si no contamos con Mylor en nuestro mazo. Su alto coste de invocación, seis puntos, desaconseja su uso en batallas con poco maná siendo altamente recomendable en aquellas condiciones de batalla donde no se puede utilizar la magia o en las que solo se pueden alinear criaturas con ataque cuerpo a cuerpo. En esas dos condiciones Venari Knifer brilla especialmente.
THE VENARI KNIFER'S ABILITIES
Analysing the evolution of Venari Knifer, it is a card that gains in importance and usability as it increases in level. At level 3, an affordable level for mid-to-lower players, Venari Knifer has 3 attack points and 5 speed with 6 health. The speed detail is important because when we have Venari Knifer at level 6 he gains the Backfire ability. This ability means that if the opponent misses the attack, Venari Knifer performs an attack on this creature. At this level 6 Venari has a speed of 6 points which will cause several misses and, by extension, counterattacks. A key detail to keep in mind that substantially improves this common card.
Analizando la evolución de Venari Knifer es una carta que va ganando en importancia y usabilidad a medida que aumenta de nivel. A nivel 3, un nivel asequible para jugadores de rango medio-bajo, Venari Knifer tiene 3 puntos de ataque y 5 de velocidad con 6 puntos de vida. El detalle de la velocidad es importante ya que cuando tengamos a Venari Knifer a nivel 6 gana la habilidad Backfire. Una habilidad que hace que si el rival falla el ataque Venari realiza un ataque esta criatura. En este nivel 6 Venari tiene una velocidad de 6 puntos lo que va a provocar varios fallos y, por extensión, contraataques. Un detalle clave a tener en cuenta y que mejora sustancialmente esta carta común.
If we want to buy a Venari Knifer for our deck it will cost us, at the time of writing this review, just 0.09 dollars at level 1. If we want to fast track it and buy it at that key level 6 it will cost us 9.70 which is not an expensive price considering the market and the versatility it brings to our deck. In rental we can try it for just 0.10 dec at level 1, even at level 3, or for 0.55 at level 6.
Si queremos adquirir una Venari Knifer para nuestro mazo nos costará, en el momento de escribir esta reseña, apenas 0.09 dólares a nivel 1. Si queremos la vía rápida y adquirirla en ese nivel 6 clave nos costará 9.70 que no es un precio caro tal y como está el mercado y la versatilidad que nos aporta a nuestro mazo. En alquiler la podemos probar por apenas 0.10 dec a nivel 1, incluso a nivel 3, o por 0.55 a nivel 6.

THE BATTLE
Mylor vs Mylor in this week's battle. The opponent bets on damaging me with Mylor's Thorns and two healing creatures. An interesting combo but with a problem in this battle: his lineup has little ability to hurt me. His strategy is that Unicorn can withstand my attacks with the double healing provided by Wood Nymph and Goblin Psychic. A strategy that is countered by the presence of Mylor and, above all, Queen Mycelia in my line-up.
Mylor vs Mylor en la batalla de esta semana. El rival apuesta por hacerme daño con las espinas de Mylor y con dos criaturas que aportan curación. Un combo interesante pero con un problema en esta batalla: su alineación tiene poca capacidad de hacerme daño. Su estrategia es que Unicorn pueda aguantar mis ataques con la doble curación que aportan Wood Nymph y Goblin Psychic. Una estrategia que queda contrarrestada con la presencia de Mylor y, sobre todo, Queen Mycelia en mi alineación.

The magic glare and the thorns meant that Queen Mycelia could barely last two rounds. Instead, my Failed Summoner and Goblin Thief took out the chicken and both of my opponent's healers, swinging the game in my favour. Ultimately Venari Knifer was the only card that survived the game, giving me the victory in this battle.
El reflejo mágico y las espinas hicieron que Queen Mycelia apenas pudiera aguantar dos rondas. En cambio, mi Failed Summoner y Goblin Thief acabaron con la gallina y con los dos curadores del rival decantando la partida a mi favor. Finamente Venari Knifer fue la única carta que sobrevivió a la partida dándome la victoria en esta batalla.
CONCLUSIONS
Venari Knifer is a card to watch out for. If you have Mylor Crowling among your summoners it is a card that becomes useless. But considering that there is a battle condition that negates the summoner's abilities and since it is a very cheap card, we should always have it available in our deck. If you don't have Mylor it is a very useful card that will do a lot of damage to enemy lines. A very interesting card with a superb ability. Highly recommended.
Venari Knifer es una carta a tener en cuenta. Si cuentas con Mylor Crowling entre tus invocadores es una carta que pasa a no ser útil. Pero teniendo en cuenta que hay una condición de batalla que anula las habilidades del invocador y ya que es una carta muy barata, siempre debemos tenerla disponible en nuestro mazo. Si no cuentas con Mylor es una carta muy útil que hará un buen destrozo en las líneas enemigas. Carta muy interesante y con una habilidad magnífica. Recomendable.
