Una de las cosas por las cuáles siempre voy a abogar en mi vida, es por la inclusión completa de la comunidad sordo/mudo a nuestra sociedad 'normal'. Pese a que su apariencia física es como la de cualquier persona con todos sus sentidos, sigue habiendo una clara exclusión de ellos en las actividades diarias que pueda tener otro ser humano.
No sólo las personas que se encuentren alrededor de ellos deben de comprender su lenguaje para poder comunicarse con ellos, también el resto del mundo debería. Así como nos enfocamos en aprender un nuevo idioma, también deberíamos aprender nuevos lenguajes para poder darle un espacio en ésta sociedad.
One of the things I will always advocate for in my life is the full inclusion of the deaf/mute community into our 'normal' society. Even though their physical appearance is like that of any other person with all their senses, there is still a clear exclusion of them in the daily activities that another human being may have.
Not only do the people around them need to understand their language in order to communicate with them, but so should the rest of the world. Just as we focus on learning a new language, we should also learn new languages in order to give them a place in this society.
La premisa en ésta ocasión en el bloggin challenge es: ¿El lenguaje más difícil de aprender?
Más allá de su complejidad por comprenderlo y expresarlo, siento que la dificultad del lenguaje de señas radica realmente en la exclusión que se le da a ésta comunidad. No es lo común ver a personas interesadas en darle un espacio a las personas sordas y aprender su lenguaje.
No deberían de existir escuelas, trabajos o institutos que se especialicen sólo en ellos, el mundo entero debería de aprender a comunicarse con ellos para que puedan integrarse de forma natural al resto de gremios, así como una vez lo conseguimos con los niños autistas.
A veces me siento a pensar que tan solitaria puede sentirse su vida en la que, sólo a tus familiares les importa el querer tener contacto contigo. Es por ello que una de mis metas es el de lograr aprender éste lenguaje para llegar a ellos.

Beyond the complexity of understanding and expressing it, I feel that the difficulty of sign language really lies in the exclusion given to this community. It is not common to see people interested in giving a space to deaf people and learning their language.
There should not be schools, jobs or institutes that specialize only in them, the whole world should learn to communicate with them so that they can integrate naturally to the rest of the guilds, as we once did with autistic children.
Sometimes I sit and think how lonely their life can feel where only your family members care about wanting to have contact with you. That is why one of my goals is to learn this language to reach them.
No juzgo a las personas que no estén interesadas en ello, pero tampoco apruebo que se justifique la inclusión de cosas realmente irrelevantes hasta el momento y se siga dejando pasar a ésta comunidad por debajo de la mesa.
El lenguaje más difícil de aprender es el de señas, pero más allá por su complejidad, es por el deseo de no darle inclusión o espacio en una sociedad cotidiana.
Obligarlos a integrarse a nosotros por medio de la escritura tampoco es una salida con empatía, es un claro mensaje de: 'Yo estoy bien, vos estás mal y si quieres hablarme, acóplate a lo que yo soy'. Cómo si realmente padecer esta condición fuese su culpa.
I do not judge people who are not interested in it, but I also do not approve of justifying the inclusion of things that are really irrelevant so far and continue to let this community pass under the table.
The most difficult language to learn is sign language, but beyond its complexity, it is because of the desire not to give it inclusion or space in an everyday society.
Forcing them to integrate with us through writing is not a way out with empathy either, it is a clear message of: 'I am fine, you are bad and if you want to talk to me, stick to what I am'. As if really suffering from this condition were their fault.
Quizás éste post esté un poco cargado de pesadez, pero es necesario hablar de cosas incómodas para que algunas personas comprendan ciertos mensajes. No juzgo a nadie, simplemente pido que si se piensa hacer luchas tan contundentes, no nos olvidemos de quiénes luchan desde hace tantos años.

Tienes un punto bastante cierto en tus argumentos, este lenguaje representa su dificultad particular debido a que no es muy común que pueda practicarse. Sin embargo, tiene bastante importancia pues también podemos comunicarnos con personas para que puedan integrarse a grupos en particular y hacer crecer nuestro entorno.
