Día de comida y practica de guitarra con dos amiguitos de la cátedra de guitarra del Sistema de Orquestas. En verdad que fue un día divertido por la dinámica desarrollada por tantas actividades que tenemos diariamente. En la mañana nos levantamos bien temprano para nuestro común día a día. Levanté a los niños para que se asearan y luego tomaran su desayuno, para llevarlos a sus tareas dirigidas con sus bellas profesoras. Y de allí fui al teatro, para regresar al mediodía para el almuerzo.

Es la primera vez que nos tomamos un tiempito para socializar más allá de tocar las notas de la guitarra, o impartir una retroalimentación a través del aprendizaje de la guitarra y su estudio de la verdadera escuela razonada de la guitarra, estos chicos y mis hijos son estudiantes del Sistema de Orquestas y cada semana nos reunimos para formarnos en el estudio de este instrumento, hoy no fue solo eso, decidimos compartir un almuerzo en nuestro hogar, Danniel y Miguel, son dos de 19 alumnos de la cátedra que realzan la cátedra con su talento, ambos están en el grupo de avanzados, con edades comprendidas entre 14 y 15 años, y mi hijo pequeño con tan solo 8 años, siendo este el más avanzado en estudios de todos. Les preparé una pasta con carne molida y en verdad la disfrutaron.

El modo de preparación fue muy sencillo; primero sellé la carne en un sartén, y agregué la papa picadita en cuadritos pequeñitos, igualmente el calabacín, luego le coloque también cortadito en pedacitos, y le agregué el orégano. En un sartencito aparte coloqué los tomates, con otro poquito de orégano, y le agregué los dientes de ajo con su punto de sal para separar la salsa de la preparación de la carne, con el fin de que los sabores estén separados, al final en cada plato después de servir, corté las rodajas de queso y las distribuí por igual en cada plato, u buen provecho muchachos.
