Life is the greatest gift anyone could have and it's awesome to have you and me being a partaker of this life despite the pandemic, level of insecurity and economic meltdown befallen many nations of the world. For this reason I've come to appreciate God Almighty for the gift of life.

Parenting isn't a day job and I salute those already in the shoes. Taking care of a child requires lots of patience, understanding, emotional, effective, cognitive and pyschomotive strength.

This is awesome reminding parents they need to look after themselves as well as their children it is sometimes easy to for get about yourself.

Am glad you are alive friend. Quite positive thoughts on healthy living and/or lifestyle you've given us. Am glad you appreciate all there is with child rearing or parenting. It requires patience, understanding, emotional, effective, cognitive and strength. You'll see in that shoes one day and I do hope you'll be a good father too, !LOL. Keep living too. !ALIVE
