The human brain is a very vital organ that works in hand with our spinal cord to complement each other in coordination with the peripheral nervous system. Without the brain, movement, breathing, talking, proper blood circulation in our body will never be possible.

Exercising the proof of your brain helps boost mental alertness and promote the growth of brain nervous coordination. It makes you smarter and more intelligent. Though it requires glucose from the food we eat. The following are ways you can boost your brain cells;

1. Memorizing script with an highlighter: Many at times you've gat a note book, magazine or novel to read in preparation for an assessment, Challenge, debate or examination. What help boost your brain capacity is by the use of a marker pen of different colours to highlight the required points needed for your assessment. The colours used help you remember most of the points needed to succeed in your examination.

2. Chewing gums: whenever you chew gums, blood flows properly to the brain to awaken it's cells and promote remembrance. The glucose found in chewing gum helps reduce brain tiredness and boost nervous activities.

3. Yoga: Stretching exercises helps promote the flow of oxygenated blood, breathing and good speech. Yoga is expected to be a boost the brain memory that promotes influx of air to the lungs and brain stem.

4. Puzzles and games: Puzzles are one of the best brain and mind building games that requires the #proofofbrain to sharpen and broaden your problem solving skills. It is a challenge that is based on diverse missions to accomplish from its minimal level to its maximum level.

5. Entertainment: This is another core way of exercising your proof of brain. Entertainment ranging from drama, music, decorations, art and craft helps boost the level of cellular respiration and brain function.
