I'm still hopeful

I would say this is so far my best topic in the weekly contest in a while now because it actually let you go back to those New Year's resolutions or maybe New Year's goals we made at the beginning of the year.

It forces you to think deeply and see how far you have come and journey ahead because most of us which I'm guilty set goals and don't go back to check if we are on the right track or not and at the end of the year we just assume we are not in the same spot we were last year which might be true but how do we really know if it is true.

It's really important that we document our goals and as well track them.
Now back to the topic, I didn't really set many goals this year but I have achieved things that I didn't know I would at this time of the year. I was making progress but didn't know because I wasn't documenting it.
I had plans to celebrate some people in my life on their birthday this year because I'm not the really birthday type and they also deserve to feel special and I managed to do 1 person out of 4 which isn't a really good thing but luckily for me I still have 1 person left to celebrate her birthday which I'm putting all my best to celebrate this person on that particular day. So if I can manage to do 2/4 this year which doesn't feel like a failed mark to me then 4/4 or even celebrating than that next year shouldn't be a problem.

I'm also trying to find the love of life which means a girlfriend but that has been difficult than it used to be for me maybe because now I know the type of girl I want to be in a relationship with but I'm too sure maybe that's why it hard. I know you all will be surprised that why this year because single life is tiring and it's been 2 years of the healing process and I think I'm ready so if you have a good looking fair young lady, cousin, friend, niece and sisters don't hesitate to link us up.

The funny thing that happened this year was I added some other things to my goal this year just because I never knew I would take a step at it this year which the goal is getting my videography gadget or should I say videography equipment. It's not a problem if I Don't but I would be more than happy if I could start getting part of it maybe not all because getting all at once is millions of naira which I have faith in God that he can make possible because left to my knowledge I have no idea of how it going to work out and also I want to get enrolled into a cinematography school so I can learn more and have a certificate which that is also hard considering the research I have done, I need to travel out of my country to learn that.
I'm trying to get more closer to God and trying to balance my motivation to things especially writing and content creation. This is just stuff of my goals this year that I'm worrying about now and I hope you enjoyed reading it as I enjoyed sharing it with you all.
