Cyborg #2

Like the rest of the world, I've started playing around with AI generated art. In my case, I downloaded Stable Diffusion UI. Stable Diffusion UI is an easy to install variation of Stable Diffusion that also includes a GUI. I was able to get running on both Windows and Linux with minimal effort. While the included GUI is a nice convenience, the real appeal to me of this version was the fact that it was very easy to install.

To get speedy results you need a decent GPU. However, you don't need a GPU to use Stable Diffusion UI. It's just that if you don't have one and use only the CPU, each image will take 30 minutes or more to produce (depending on how fast your CPU is, the settings you use, and various other factors). However, this is open source software so you can generate as many images as you want for free. So even with limited hardware, you can still produce unlimited images as long as you are patient.

Like the last image I posted, this one was generated with a prompt that included 'cybernetically enhanced'. In many ways, this image is similar to that one. It could almost be the same girl from a different angle.

Using Stable Diffusion doesn't mean I think I'm an artist or anything. To me this is just something fun to play with. I have no doubt this technology will affect artists in the future but probably more as a tool they need to add to their toolbox than as a replacement.

Stable Diffusion UI is taking the art world by storm! With its user-friendly GUI and seamless installation on both Windows and Linux, it's easy to see why. Unleash your imagination and let the technology do the rest. Your recent creation, with a touch of "cybernetically enhanced" magic, is truly captivating and one-of-a-kind. Keep exploring and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI generated art. Bravo!

This is awesome. What do you think the impact of AI generated art will be in the future? Do you think it is here to stay? I like how it works, particularly the results - I use it for inspiration when I have writers block myself.
