Greetings Brethren, today marked another incredible day in the Mass Indoctrination program where Pastor Eli expounded the scriptures regarding different spigots of life and realities while citing the following scriptures below:

Isaiah 28:8,10-13, Prov 26:11, Luke 22:27, 1 Cor 10:21, Phil 1:21, 1 Cor 14:37, Isaiah 1:19, Num 30:2, 1 Cor 9:5, Act 18:18, Eccl 5:4-5, 2 Cor 9:7, 3 Cor 8:3, Mark 12:42, 1 Cor 16:1-3, Rom 15:26, Phil 4:15, Act 4:36-37, Jer 30:19, Act 5:1, psalm 50:23, Heb 13:15, -16, Col 3:15, 1 Thess 5:18, Rom 1:21, Exo 23:14, Matt 6:2-3, 1 Cor 16:1-2, James 1:27, 2 Cor 9:13.

Isaiah 28:8 For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.- KJV

:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.- KJV

:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:- KJV

Pastor Eli Soriano expressed through the scriptures in Isaiah 28:8-10 that tables represents the church in the Bible and this is true as he further noted that the church is a place where people gather to hear the word of God relative to people gathering to eat at the table.

This book of Isaiah shows what's happening in different denominations where people give themselves to drink alcohol even in the church which is actually out of place as a believer because what we need is the filling of the Holy Ghost and not the intoxication of alcohol.

I once visited a Church where their preachers take alcoholic drinks and in most of their occasions, bears are served even in their different Churches and this is really bad for believers to give themselves to such manner of life though I wouldn't criticize anyone as Pastor Eli would rightly say " I'm not trying to criticize your Church" but we have to live to standard by forsaking worldliness to follow after godliness.

Pastor Eli mentioned Pastor Perez who instructed him not to be given to alcoholism if he must be a preacher so he refrained from any form of alcoholism and I also thank God that according to his grace up on me, I'm not given to alcoholism despite the percentage or quantity.

Acts 18:18 And Paul after this tarried there yet a good while, and then took his leave of the brethren, and sailed thence into Syria, and with him Priscilla and Aquila; having shorn his head in Cenchrea: for he had a vow.- KJV

Pastor Eli cited this scripture in response to keeping to our vows. We are to keep to our vows when we pledge them especially to God. It is quite true that we forget our vows most times but it is important the we fulfill our vows when ever we make them.

Make a vow if you want to receive a favor from God- Pastor Eli Soriano.
Vows are strong compelling factors that pushes God to do the impossible to us when we we pledge it to Him, and He is happy seeing us fulfilling those vows after he has kept his own part of the pledge because He is too faithful to fail in keeping to his own side of the promise.

Numbers 30:2 If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.- KJV

In this second reference as cited in the course of the teaching, we are advised to keep to our vows to the Lord whenever we pledge it and not refraining from our words.

I have noticed something about vow, it is mostly made when one is probably between the devil and the deep blue sea and since this is true, we have to fulfill those vows after God had delivered us from those soar and deleterious moments.

2 Corinthians 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.- KJV

In this scripture, Pastor Eli taught about giving freely and not by compulsion. This is the opposite of what is witnessed in several places where believers are compelled to give based on their appearance. I was in a crusade around 2015, although I have forgotten the actual date. The preacher that hosted the crusade called me out and told me that I will soon travel overseas I told him I've seen that in a dream but he insisted I have to give God something which I did then about 7,000 Nigerian naira.

My emphasis isn't on anything than people should be given the opportunity to give freely regarding the things of God and not under duress because God loves cheerful givers.

Also in act chapter 5 from verse one, Pastor Eli touched the part Ananias and his wife Sapphira played in telling lies to the Apostles concerning their portion of land which they sold.

We saw how they died on account of their lies. This is a lesson that we shouldn't see given as what should be done in duress probably because others have given but we should give based in what our heart has purported. For instance, it would have been safer if Ananias and Sapphira had told the Apostles that the money the brought was what was in their heart to give than saying that that was all they realized from the sell of the land.

I learnt specifically from this scripture that even God isn't concerned about the volume of money we had but the heart with which we are giving to Him is of utmost importance. Imagine a man who thought he was giving to God died on account of his deceitful gift.

I also learnt that God is not in dire need of our gifts, in other words, He is not a begger as He has everything in profusion than we think he did.

Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.- KJV

I learnt through this scripture in the course of the teaching that we shouldn't make open our gifts or the possibly our assistance to others because if we do, we have already received our rewards.

Do not boast of your contributions because if you do, you had already received of your rewards.- Pastor Eli Soriano

We have to make our assistance to people a secret thing so that God will reward us openly according to the scriptures in Matthew 6:4

In this regard, there are people who would go to radio stations and television stations to broadcast what the gave probably to orphanages and some indigent people in the society but I have noticed a different thing in the MCGI and some other denominations and believers where you hardly notice they assisted people unless you have a closer contact with them.

God bless MCGI and everyone in collaboration with this great move in this end time, and thank you for going through. Hope seeing you again bye and 💗

Thank you brother @davchi2 for your comprehensive summary of Brother Eli Soriano's teachings. It's clear how important it is to live according to God's word, refrain from worldly behaviors, honor our vows to God, give cheerfully and secretly, and remain truthful.

God bless you @davchi2
