Nigerian election, INEC decide.

Greetings to all friends on Hive, I hope everyone is doing good as we draw the down into the month of march, best wishes from my end.

In my last post, I talked about the Nigerian election although it was a pre-election conduct publication, but today, I'll be enlightening us about the recent development so far as a domestic observer, hope you enjoy reading.

The voting process started in earnest on Saturday morning with INEC officials spotted in a few polling units in the morning hours while they arrived late in most other polling units.

Although I ran out of power on my cell phone on Saturday because of power supply issue in my area which would have prompted a more real report specifically from my PU, I was able to observe all the events from the PU till the end.

This year's election was really incredible because of the introduction of the Bimodal voter accreditation system BVAS which is a machine that helps in capturing eligible voters through a facial detection or finger print to match with their voters card.

This system exposed many anomalies of the past elections where we used to see the body in charge of conducting elections INEC presenting State vote counts which runs in millions but we have come to the true counts of our respective states though the process was not without hitches.

Against the Buhari led government promises that the 2023 election will be free and fair, we experienced violation of the electoral act in most places in the country where Corps members were bribed to work in favor of a political party, political thugs carting away with INEC materials, people beaten up for supporting and winning particular PU for a political party and so many others.

Well! There was am encouraging number of voters in Saturday and I was very observant with hunger to see the entirety of the whole process.

A breakdown of how the election was conducted

After the vote cast, with all party agents presently represented, the vote counts proceeded immediately, as the vote count elapses the INEC presiding officer in that polling unit now document the result of the PU, takes a shot of the documentation and give a copy to all the party agents that are signatory to the PU documentation.

This was exactly how everything went on Saturday but there was an issue of the entire presidential server going off amidst the submission of electoral documentations and this raised great concern in the polity why it should only be the presidential server going off while the national assembly and federal rep server was permitting the submission of results.

This was the point we Nigerians cried foul to INEC because it's an intentional act meant to rig the election by all means.

Nigerians are not fooled by the current development from INEC as the body now permit the submission of electoral outcome that was not uploaded on the central server from the respective PO's and this is actually a breach of law as election results were meant to be published to INEC server from the respective polling units across the country.

INEC had rubbished our electoral process, they are highly irresponsible and the aftermath of this election has a high possibility of turning the nation into turmoil if the will of the masses is not captured in the process.

We have lost confidence in the Buhari led government, we have lost confidence in INEC and probably we may have a lost Nigeria as it tenses high, let's keep watching till what will be the final outcome of their result because the masses know who and what they voted for.

Well! I believe the international communities are also observing the aberration meted on the polity of our nation by INEC and her Boss, the Buhari led government who has kept mute over such height of oddity that's rolling. I believe that many hands has been on deck for this country to go forward but in the case it doesn't want to move forward we the masses will move it by force.

In the holy scriptures it is written in

John 11: 12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, dand violent people have been raiding it.

I can also remember Abraham Lincoln when he said

The events of the quite past are inadequate for the stormy present, the occasion is pilled high in difficulty, we must rise with the occasion as our cases are new, we must think anew and act anew.

I believe we the masses have done our best for the country but those in power wouldn't let it work but I pray that with God on our side we will move the mountain, I earnestly pray that God help us in this country nwe found yourselves. Thanks for checking on the situation report as INEC and no longer Nigerians decide in the current election bye.
