I've used SimpleSwap a couple times. Very difficult to get a issue resolved should one arise. Took almost as long to get a refund as it did from LEODEX..

Ahhh shit! What was your issue? Was it a fault by you?
No fault of mine, their transaction failed. A transfer didn't go thru. The guy I dealt with wasn't very helpful to us non-nerds..
