British Columbia Wetlands

DSC00275.jpeg

Roaming around the wetlands, a few more pictures to share. At a glance, the first photo almost looks like a giant rice paddy! But no, this is not Asia, it is British Columbia, Canada. Tell me which is your favourite pic of the bunch? Speaking of Asia, has anyone had a chance to visit before? I did live in Japan for about five years myself, believe it or not. Also we have a lot of Asian Hivers as well. Thanks for stopping by.

I like the first one the most, feels not Canada really

I've neve been to Asia, I'd like a trip to China or Japan as a tourist though

You're right, this is the type of sight you're likely to see in a rice farm in Asia, and this is just the beauty of areas like this. Great shots by the way. I like the first picture you led with. I think from afar it just covers the the who area

It does cover a wide swath of territory it seems. Super cool adventure it was.

An absolutely wonderful picture. It looks just like a hand-painted image.

I think I have to go with the colour shots on this one. Seeing all that majestic green brings me right back to the mountains. Your mention of Japan reminds me of my time in Osaka and surrounding towns enjoying the scenery there too.

Hopefully I will have the opportunity to travel again soon!

Yes, no doubt. Osaka was my old stomping grounds. Tons of memories from that place.

I agree with you; the first picture looks just like a vast expanse of rice fields it's very beautiful.
