Change of Season

Only 90 minutes before these photos were taken I was in a minor snow storm! Hard to believe you may ask, but yes, what a difference a little time and distance can make. Mountain weather. Where anything is possible. I’m sure glad I was at least able to get some memorable photos from Moraine Lake. The photos from Eiffel lake, well let’s see, I guess there ain’t any, thanks to the swell blowing snow and rainy conditions. Can’t win em all. You know what this means right? Eiffel lake hike part II sometime, someday. It will happen, you can count on it!

Snow storm- in fraction of seconds anything can take place. Good you are on the safe side. Its nice to see the mountain views with little trees on top and river flowing aside. A perfect tourist spot.

It was really a beautiful experience, leaving out the snowstorm part of course. Thanks for looking.

I sometimes ask myself how it feels to live where you live/take photos of. Wondering if it ever feels mundane and you feel like going somewhere else for whatever reason.

Good question. Yes I have been to Moraine several times. First time attempting the hike to Eiffel, which made it special. I am planning a trip to Waterton parks for a change of pace, sometime soon.

Can't win them all! That water is just so pretty! I think the colors take the day on these. Although there is something majestic about the black and whites. Great shots!

Maybe this year the mountains will cooperate!
