Clear Cold Mountain Lake Water
(Edited)
I’m always impressed with the clarity of most mountain lake water. Sometimes I just want to grab my water bottle and fill it to the top. But as we all know, that could lead to severe bowel issues sometime soon after. Yeah, something you definitely do not want when on Summer vacation. So best option is to opt out of that and simple bring your own fresh filtered water (obviously). So lets only appreciate the beauty of clear water, and see if we can find any little fishies meandering about. If you look closely, you can see some tiny raindrops fallen in the water. So pretty! Photos taken ate the “First Lake” on the Valley of Five Lakes hiking trail, Jasper Park, Alberta.

I love finding great fallen trees along the trail. Something about them is just so photogenic. No two fallen trees look alike.

Now for the Black & White counterparts. The raindrops and their ripples do look “cooler” in monochrome. What do you think?
Have you heard about the New Community I created called “Colour / Black & White? It was created for those Hivers that like to post colour as well as black & white images, all together in one post. I think, if you collect it at source, then its pure. That is what it makes more costly, and they sell it at a 6x price of normal water.
That is true. Directly from the glacier is drinkable. Lots bottle and sell it.
water from the mountains is always best. They are so clean and clear to use.
Glacial mountain water is the best.
