Lake Louise Freeze

DSC00485.jpeg

Next stop on our November journey took us to Lake Louise, Banff Park. Situated at a higher elevation than Canmore means cooler temperatures and yes — more snow, lots more! We managed to find a parking spot which was amazing in and of itself, as it is typically very congested, year round. The lake itself was still in liquid form, and just starting to ice over in spots. These are the first few photos I captured at the lake’s edge. Just out of view and to the right is the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel (a place I may at after a lottery win perhaps lol!). Thanks for stopping by.
