Lake Louise Photo Ops

DSC06460.jpeg

We went from rain to gorgeous weather in the span of about ten or fifteen minutes! The skies clear, and then the sun breaks out. These abrupt weather patterns, bring some of the best photo ops in my opinion. At this point, we were nearly at the far end of Lake Louise, and getting ready to begin the gradual ascent to the tea hut, the reward for finishing the Plain of six glaciers hike. Let’s go!

I also think that this natural phenomena of changing weather within a few minutes brings out the best exposure for photos.

Your photos are always amazing. Keep it up and this lake looks so beautiful as well. Have a great day ahead my friend 💓

Cool green water and I can see the pines lined up over there and then a lot of green algae on the belly of the mountain. It’s all amazingly beautiful.

I can even ‘feel’ the change in weather, the clear blue spreading across the skies. You are able to take such beautiful shots.

I managed to visit the mountains on a glacier once. I remembered that this is a rather dangerous surface. And it's hard to move around on it. And if the glacier is also located up the slope, then you had to constantly look up in anticipation of falling stones.

Yes, one has to be very careful with glaciers, as they are unstable, and sometimes have large crevasses.

Absolutely gorgeous as always... I can see why it your favorite lake. It's a photographer's dream, just so many angles and different shots you can get in one place.

How's the water temperature, probably nice and icy I bet?
