Mountain Lake Landscape

DSC00163.jpeg

After about ninety minutes of forested trail trekking, I arrived at Dog Lake, finally. There were virtually no proper views until approaching the lake, and then I got a full blast of the mountain lake landscape! So awesome. No dogs in sight though lol. Went down to the shoreline and enjoyed some solitude, at least until some hikers from Europe arrived. They gave me a sweet treat from their country as we had a brief banter together. If I remember correctly they were from Lichtenstein (I think). Thanks for stopping by.

The first image is truly stunning. The presence of small ripples makes the scene even more captivating.

Wow, that's such a beautiful lake! Tbh, I've never been into a lake. I have just visited rivers most of the time.

This place is magical. I think you led or began the blog post with the right picture, that one was really good. The icy mountain just makes the whole picture very perfect

I typically wrestle with which photo I lead with. Initially it was going to be the third, but the first just turned out so nicely. Thanks for stopping by.

I think you make a great choice with the first one, I would go with that too if it was me.

Those are gorgeous mountain views with nice pines. Probably the only dogs you'll see around there are coyotes and wolves! lol Lichtenstein is a beautiful place if you ever have a chance to visit by the way. Really nice people too!
