Onward and Downward

DSC00714.jpeg

After spending some time at Lineham Falls, it was time to return back to trailhead. All great hikes must come to an end right? (unfortunately). As I made my way back down, I slipped on some loose rocks, it happened in an instance. Fortunately I fell backward on my backpack, which acted as a giant cushion to break the fall! Unscathed I was! After collecting myself it was onward and downward. Thanks for stopping by.

It is a relief that you didn’t get hurt even though you fell.

Black and white picture has it's own charm but among those photographs you shared I prefer colorful photographs today as I feel today colorful looks better.
By the way do you like nearby place of "Lineham Falls"?

The hike to lineham falls was probably one of the best "water fall" hikes I have ever done. So memorable!

That's what they say: everything is temporary. Just like your time at Lineham Falls, although it was a stunning sight to behold, it eventually came to an end.

It's good to know that you're okay. Keep safe on all your trails!

The photos in both color and black & white look really nice. I was really sad to hear that you fell down. Mountain areas are always a bit extra dangerous, so please take extra care of yourself!

Thanks, sort of embarrassing that I wiped out, but will learn from my missteps.

A memory to keep. The most important thing is that you are okay and that you were able to capture the majestic beauty of the Canadian Rockies. A big hug
