Point of Interest

Rundle mountain to the left, Sulphur mountain to the right, Tunnel mountain just out of sight (hey that rhymes!), and Cascade mountain behind us. This is a popular “point of interest” located just outside the town of Banff. The town itself is nestled deep in this valley. Conditions were a bit wet, you can see the rain clouds hovering over Rundle’s jagged top. Makes for some interesting photo ops. The yellow trees gives away the season in which these photos were taken. Fall, one of the best seasons for photography in my opinion. Photos taken inside Banff Park, Alberta, Canada.

The area where you live is really pretty, so soon can she come to your place?

Nice pictures! That mountain off to the left looks huge with the clouds partially shrouding it. Those larch trees are pretty in fall. Those B&W's look great here, something about the clouds just bring out the details in there. When does it start to warm up enough to get out there again?

Well, about Juneish for anything decent, any earlier and it will be muddy. Location to location can be different though. Thanks for looking.

Thanks, I was going to lead with that photo, but was convinced otherwise. Maybe I should have led with it…
