Pyramid Island

IMG_20230706_143813_Original.jpeg

Here we are, still in Jasper National Park, Alberta. In a previous post we were spotlighting both Annette and Edith Lake. Just a few kilometres away is Pyramid Lake. Pyramid Island, accessible by a short walking bridge, makes for a quick out and back hiking experience. Well, actually it is more of a quick walk, not really a hike, but worth it for the amount of time it takes. Apparently one can rent the tiny island gazebo for wedding and other such events! Did you do anything exciting last Summer?

What cool looking wood. I'm trying to figure out which way is up. I'm guessing that's exposed roots, and main trunk is gone? ..or is it overturned? Do you perhaps know my good friend? ..it's gonna bug me now haha. Cool island too!

Wonderful photography. TBH, I don't joke with overturned wood. Send me the Lon and Lat of its location. Kidding though

You could probably make a lot of things out of that wood heap I’m sure.

The portraits shots are unbelievably beautiful. Look at the smoothness of the clear water and how crystal it looks from the surface.

The portrait mode allows me to capture so much in one photo, it’s awesome. Thanks for looking @josediccus.

Jasper National Park, Alberta is a great place, it has many places to show, like Annette, Edith Lake, Pyramid Lake, Pyramid Island, really @daveks being in such places is a great idea to photograph and post. I wish you success and I will always thank you for your visits. Successes.

My dear friend, I dare say that you have the ability to "think photographically" when you are walking through these enchanting places.... I am referring to your way of taking photos with a diverse character in the same environment.... Great talent!...

Today my "special applause" is for this wonderful art work:
