Riverside Walk
Let’s go for a walk by the riverside. Or better yet, a bike ride. Today though, it was just a walk (easier on the knees). The weather was around 25°C or so, with a good breeze. Perfect! No need for bug spray with that wind. I did walk with my handy dandy bear spray, just in case a wild animal should appear (or a deranged river person). First day of Autumn is just around the corner, officially it is September 22nd. It does feel like the switch has been turned from Summer to Fall already though. Plenty of fallen leaves on the ground already!

I never knew that riding was hard on the knees - thanks my friend for enlightening me on that one. Truth be told, I haven't been on a bike since I was a very young child. That didn't end well lmao. I never knew that there was a technique to ramping up pavements and just road right into the curb. I couldn't ride the bike again. #memories
If you do it enough, then yes. Casual riding is ok though, I love doing that sometimes.

Here in Cumaná the temperature is 32, that is, I take walks very early in the morning or in the afternoon after 5.30 pm, I live in front of the Caribbean Sea and the heat is strong, the sun is direct. Its landscape is very beautiful and with that temperature of 24 the walks are better. Good posh friend @daveks I wish you success.
