Rocky Cliffs of Yoho Park
(Edited)
Always love me a good rocky cliff photo. The rugged and jagged edges always look interesting. I wonder when this will crumble, it doesn’t look very stable. I bet it makes for a nice home for some of the local Hoary Marmots.
Photos taken on the hiking trail from Lake O’Hara to Lake Oesa, British Columbia.

Haha! You caught the little marmot being all cute. :)
The rugged rocks have such a nice contrast to the background and I love how the trees grow out of the rocks. Such a class act.
Awesome shot. Seriously.
Thanks for your support. I knew you would like it.
How could I help it... Look at it!
Hopefully there's no mountains or cliffs crumbling anytime soon! Look at the cute marmot! Haven't seen any of them here yet. Only pine martins (cuuuute!) And, the bloody pack rat that's living in the staff accom!! Lol Great colors in these photos!! A far stretch from the colors of our second winter storm the past few days!!
Good ol staff accom. Ive been there too.
What do you do out at the lodge? A bit of everything I bet.
Cool! My 1st exp with res. I am in 'Woods'. Which is part of housekeeping. I clean and set fires in the cabins and lodge. Prepare wood. Sweet job. Pay sucks. Banking on my crypto! Lol
Hope you have a decent bunch of cryptos, then use them to supplement your living expenses. Then the job pay doesn’t matter as much, its about the quality of life.
I'm no rock climber, but when I see those rugged walls it makes me wondering... why not? Then I remember one broken leg was enough recovery time to risk it all on another sport =/
Yeah, choose your battles wisely.
