Ejercicio #1

El primer ejercicio Serán dominadas: Cuelgate de la barra y flexiona hasta que la barbilla quede por encima. Ejercicio básico de Street workout.
The first exercise Will be dominated: Hang from the bar and flex until the chin is above. Basic exercise of Street workout.

Para el segundo ejercicio realizaremos Tuck en Advance de front lever: Colócate en posición de tucked separa las rodillas del pecho hasts que esté un poco más separada de la barra y tus pies a la altura de tus hombros, aguanta en esta posición un tiempo determinado.
For the second exercise we will perform Front Lever Tuck in Advance: Get into a tucked position, separate your knees from your chest until it is a little further away from the bar and your feet are at shoulder height, hold in this position for a certain time.

Nuestro tercer ejercicio será Fondos en barra:Coloca las manos en una sola barra haz flexión hasta rozar el pecho sobre ella acerca un poco la cadera para facilitar el recorrido.
Our third exercise will be Dips on the bar: Place your hands on a single bar, flex until your chest touches it, bring your hips a little closer to facilitate the journey.

El cuarto ejercicios será realizar flexiones en diamante: Colócate en posición de flexión y haz una figura con tus mano en forma de diamante excelente ejercicio para darle carga a tus tríceps.
The fourth exercise will be performing diamond push-ups: Get into a push-up position and make a diamond-shaped figure with your hands, an excellent exercise to load your triceps.
