¡Hola a Todos! Nuevamente por acá trayéndoles uno de mis trabajos más recientes. Esta pieza es uno de mis trabajos artísticos un poco oscuro (en la idea, no en color jaja), así que quería comentarles qué quise plasmar aquí. ¡Acompáñame!

Hello Everyone! Here again, bringing you one of my most recent works. This piece is one of my artistic works a little dark (in the idea, not in color haha), so I wanted to tell you what I wanted to capture here. Come with me!

BEGIN THE PROCESS! ♥

Hace mucho tiempo había visto la imagen que les dejé en las referencias. Esta fotografía me impresionó tanto que desde ese momento comencé a escribir cómo podría dibujarla a mi estilo y con más elementos. Entre esas lluvias de ideas que escribía en un bloc de notas de mi teléfono, surgió un concepto muy hermoso, mágico y oscuro quizás.

A long time ago I had seen the image that I left you in the references. This photograph impressed me so much that from that moment I began to write how I could draw it in my own style and with more elements. Between those brainstorms that I wrote in a notepad on my phone, a very beautiful, magical and perhaps dark concept emerged.

Resulta que quise reflejar a una mujer saliendo de una pintura. Es decir, la mujer que estaba pintada tomó las fuerzas de voluntad para rasgar su propia pintura y salir al mundo físico. Esta mujer había sido pintada con muchas velas que la iluminaban, es por eso que ahora las acompaña. Supongo que el sitio podría ser una casa abandonada, donde estaba pudriéndose aquella pintura en la soledad.

It turns out that I wanted to reflect a woman coming out of a painting. That is, the woman who was painted took the willpower to tear her own painting and go out into the physical world. This woman had been painted with many candles that illuminated her, that is why she now accompanies them. I suppose the site could be an abandoned house, where that painting was rotting in solitude.

Creo que este fue el último dibujo donde utilicé la técnica del blanco y negro. Creo que hasta ese entonces gran parte de lo que quería aprender con esto, ya lo había dominado de cierta manera, por lo cual desde entonces comenzaría a pintar directamente con color.

I think this was the last drawing where I used the black and white technique. I think that until then much of what he wanted to learn with this, he had already mastered in a certain way, which is why from then on he would begin to paint directly with color.

¿Qué pasaría si una pintura de un cuadro decidiera emerger? IRISCIDENTE es una pieza antigua, guardada durante miles de años en un castillo abandonado. Por mucho tiempo esta pieza vivió en oscuridad, sin que nadie la viera. La mujer pintada en dicho cuadro decidió una noche que ya no estaría presa allí, donde nadie podría observarla, ni hablar con ella. Rasgó el lienzo donde se encontraba pintada y emergió al mundo de forma física. Ahora desnuda, con el cabello largo, su cuadro medio destruido y sus velas como fieles compañeras, la seguirán en su travesía de exploración en el mundo más allá del lienzo.

What would happen if a painting of a painting decided to emerge? IRISCIDENTE is an ancient piece, kept for thousands of years in an abandoned castle. For a long time this piece lived in darkness, without anyone seeing it. The woman painted in said painting decided one night that she would no longer be imprisoned there, where no one would be able to observe her or talk to her. She tore the canvas she was painted on and emerged into the world in physical form. She now naked, with her long hair, her destroyed middle frame and her candles as her faithful companions, will follow her on her journey of exploring the world beyond the canvas.
