Weapons to ukraine and the danger of terrorism

So far the US alone has sent three billion dollars worth of weapons to Ukraine, which is set to be the largest arms campaign since World War II, but the dangerous fact is that it is mostly small arms, mostly anti-tank, anti-aircraft systems portable, Switchblade drones that disassembled also fit in a bag, all stuff that can easily be hidden even in the trunk of a car: the Pentagon itself says it does not really know who they are going to. Other countries supporting Kiev also do not have the means to track the military material they send to the Ukrainian army and can only rely on information reported by the local government.

In the last eight years extremist groups in Ukraine have had many contacts with similar groups in other countries of the Middle East and Asia, they have invited people from all over to fight with them on the front lines against the republics of Donbass. These terrorist formations are the potential buyers for the weapons that are now being delivered to Ukraine and which will certainly delay the defeat a bit, but not forever: you can be sure that much of these weapons will be resell to subversive groups of all kinds. Last week a senior US defense official told reporters that:

They are not telling us anything about the batches of ammunition they are firing and therefore we will never know to what extent they are actually using these weapons.

The United States has few ways to track the substantial supply of anti-tank, anti-aircraft, and other weapons it has sent across the border into Ukraine, a blind spot largely due to the lack of U.S. boots on the ground, and the easy portability of many of the smaller systems that are pouring across borders

Zelensky is constantly asking for more weapons and no one has any idea where they end up and in this, comes help from the Western media who continue to conjure up the possibility of a Ukrainian victory, but the reality it is that many of this ​​weapons will end up on the black market.
The risk that some of the weapons sent to Ukraine could end up in the hands of other armies and militias that the United States and the West did not intend to arm. In Ukraine, even before the conflict, the black arms market was flourishing and involved local gangs and organized crime.

How long will it take before a Switchblade suicide drone crashes into a police car in some European country? How long will it take before an anti-tank weapon is used in terrorist operations in Paris or London? How long will it take before a Stinger anti-aircraft missile detonates an airliner? One, three or five years?
It is a conscious risk that the Biden administration is willing to take.
And for NATO and its allies, the priority is to strengthen the Ukrainian army as soon as possible to defeat Russia, so the long-term effects are currently considered negligible.
