Once upon of Chinese New Year

Once upon a time, lunar new year has been the craziest hot day everytime, every year. It never fail to sun me until my balls are sweating on the first day. I remember I used to curse due to the hot weather and we need to do a ton of visitation.

The last we went out to visit, was 2020. That's exactly 3 years ago, right before the bloody lockdown. I remember I was cursing at the sun when walking towards the house we visit. Now, that family already missing the core person, my aunt isn't there anymore. She left us that very same year, and one of my nephew, her grandson was gone that very same time.

And this time around, I think it was for the first time the entire day either cloudy or raining. Ice finally manage to find time to climb the hill when the rain stopped, but then still worrying if I was hiking half way and it started to rain again. Nevertheless, there's enough idiots like me going for a hike on the first day of Chinese New year.

We only managed to visit 2 family in the rain. Female tiger also forgotten to being her contact lens cleaner, so I had to go to the convenient shop, painstakingly paid a handsome amount to get this and solve her eyes needs.

Finally, went to the newly opened KFC to pickup dinner. Initially wanted to go for a nice dinner with my parents, but the rain really make it impossible as my dad is not too convenient with his walking ability.
