Going Zone 2 at Kledang Hill

Everyone can be an expert in terms of losing weight, but not everyone's lose weight program suitable for the next person. I've been going on a series of weight loss program over the years, and now I realize there's no 1 single activity can eliminate body fat and work for the rest of our lifes.

I have been practicing NOT gaining too much weight and NOT trying too hard to lose them. As long I feel my pants are tight, or my elbow is touching my waist, I know I need to trim down a little bit. I choose to do it the NOT tiring way, give it enough time to breathe the calories out. So, Zone 2 is my choice. Anywhere between 120 and 160 BPM is very acceptable for me.

For all you know, it's a public holiday here, and therefore I have expected there will be big crowd at the observation platform. I decided to hike to 100m before the deck, take some rest and done my uphill battle.

Besides, no point going that extra 100m if there's pack with too many people around. And, due to big cloud, sunrise can't be seen. There's absolutely no golden hour, only greyish blue morning.

We're glad that the forest reserve department finally call off the "privatise" action against the hill. Nope we rather it keep maintaining this poorly rather than have to pay a bomb with a huge resort chasing for tourists money.

Besides, the road was originally maintained by the telecommunication department. If whomever decided to collect money to fix that road, we have paid our electricity bill. Why would forest reserve want to privatise the already privatised reserved hill?

Here's one of the telecommunication truck driving past and leaving a trail of black smoke for my white shirt, see how much carbon we can print on it ☺️ so as our lungs. Pardon the blue shirt elderly person, they actually doing way faster than me 🤣 I got bad knee joints since I was overweighted previously.

A pack of stray dogs, probably from the same family is following me downhill. These little guys are actually quite chill about we humans invading their forest. When I saw a monkey bring food for them, I'm actually mind fucked a little. Probably first time in my life seeing a monkey was the care taker of stray dogs.

My performance was way too poor going downhill, hence I was overtaken. Well, I get that. 4 is better than 2. And since there's no more dogs following, I decided to side track a little, go for the stream and wash my face with the cooling mountain flow.

It's not too steep, but I kinda forgot my shoe sole is quite flat and there's not enough grip. Nevertheless, I managed to squeeze myself up a little and start to enjoy the scene, listening to the water flow, enjoying the breeze.

Yes. This pair of sexy feet is mine. Have you s
watch Despicable Me? I got the Gru body for some reason. Even when I was the fattest in my life, my feet remain slim and sexy. In Chinese, they call me mosquito legs 🤣

Oh you were at Kledang Hill, Menglembu??
Am surprised someone to "privatise" it. If that's the hill, definitely the locals will make a HUGE fuss about it because this is the elderly's sacred "training ground"

I actually have "mosquito hands and feet" which never matches the rest of my body size 🤣

Your benchmark is your elbow touching the waste, mine are my knees that will start cracking once I cross my "safe weight"

It was that fuzz last year. Despite plans being scrubbed, the middle part had already being "sold" I believe. If you take the tarmac road going up, around 100m from the entrance, to the left is a gate. Beyond that gate, you can only use your imagination.
