The ASEAN squat masters - Week #21 Challenge
Annabelle is my ton of joy. We weren't so sure about how to raise a kid, and I think with a lot of luck and prayer, she slowly learn how to squat

Out of randomness, this was captured at the airport visit. She took out my Nokia suddenly squat and guess what she's trying to capture from the panel glass?
This picture was from the Nokia phone. The lower left to the huge insect is a blue color helicopter.
We have about 5 years of squat with the girl until the younger brother and squat was obsolete. Replaced by roll on the floor.
I was actually searching for an opportunity to snap photo of people squatting around, to my surprise I captured none over the past few days. I went the extra mile to visit downtown and guess what, the previous lockdown had prohibited people hangout around, and hardly anyone would squat and wait nowadays. In view of the urgency, I dug up one of the older hard drive, had a good time scanning through some photos from more than a decade and here we go.
I'm aware the topic was supposed to be "Where do you squat", apparently it doesn't really matter because as a fellow regular squatter, I do realized we were "trained" by the Asian squat toilet. And it's convenient to squat while waiting, taking pictures, gathering, smoking, having conversation. I used to work in a computer shop back in 2004. It's funny that the entire team are smoker, and every Monday briefing she will call for "meeting". And the entire shop will proceed to the pantry, squat there and start smoking and discuss about operations.
I guess, no one like to be taking pictures whilst doing such "normal" act. It's like SOP, just like wearing face mask. It's like a fashion. You don't take out your phone and start snapping hot chicks without asking their permission.

Those old phones has a very unique picture quality despite being low mpx. And the best part of letting a young kid take photos at their eye level brings a total different perspective 🙂
Even a Dave squat within these pics, how cute your little squatter is. Squatting and smoking seem to go hand in hand for adult males here in Cambodia, and some kind of idea for discussion must always be included. Like your little one used to do, I find myself often squatting on rocks by the river to have a quick meditation while watching the water flow.

Will feel bad for joining the contest 😂 if you pay attention, an expert squatter does not toe tip squat. Professionals always squat flat door to maintain balance, and last a lot longer than toe tip squat 🤣

Love your take on the Squat masters competition. Your little girl is most gorgeous! Everyone raising kids has no idea what they're doing, but we all muddle through and raise them to be amazing adults.
The country has quickly evolved into less squating nowadays due to the useless SOP. Imagine if the bunch of guys squatting one meter apart and talk very muffled loud since need to wear face mask? Covid had taken squat away 🤣
