A coffee to contemplate the rain [ENG-ESP]

Greetings coffee lovers, since a few days ago the weather in the city where I live has been very hot and the area where my house is located is very hot, however, last night it rained, so the weather today has been a little cold, the sky full of black clouds and has not stopped drizzling. I still do not understand the reason for such drastic changes in the environment, but for these cases I always have in my hand my respective cup of black coffee to contemplate every afternoon and evening of rain, what is happening.

I was a little worried these days, since it had rained a lot and I could not go out to do my activities, then I found out that they were announcing a cyclone, something I had never heard in my short life, it really scared me. Talking with my family, they commented that it was going to pass very close to the coast of Venezuela, that's why all this change in the weather.

I saw and heard news about this natural event, many people were worried, looking for shelters, taking care of their belongings, especially the people who lived on the coasts, the whole country was on alert. Thank God the cyclone took another course and did not affect Venezuela. It was a day with normal rain that did not cause any damage. So for everyone's peace of mind I went to my kitchen to prepare a thermos of coffee, but to be very clear, since it was in the afternoon and we are not used to drink it that way to continue watching the news about this cyclone.

My house was very cold, besides with the little rain that was falling, all the windows were very foggy, humid and the night was starting to fall, but after taking a few sips of this drink that we all love it helped us to warm up a little, keep us awake a few more hours at night so we could be aware of anything that was reported. All of us at home were talking and discussing about this cyclone, its consequences, damages, then we decided to change the subject and we joked and most importantly enjoyed that delicious cup of coffee.

The hours passed and everything was still normal, we were already tired, so we decided to go to sleep and let what will happen in the next hours. The next day everything was normal, a little humid from the previous night because of the rain, the plants were wet and the cold continued the same, so we quickly prepared the morning coffee, a coffee made with love and affection, to turn on the TV again and listen to the news and see what had happened with the cyclone.

As I listened I realized that nothing had happened, the cyclone had been diverted, the heavy rains that were expected did not fall, I think it was the most expected news that day. So to celebrate we had our cup of coffee, being more relaxed and happy, as everything was getting back to normal, the sky started to clear a little, the drizzle stopped and the sun came out and the coffee craving still continued.

It had not rained since the cyclone passed, however, in the early morning today heavy rains, thunder and lightning fell, several hours of long rains passed, everything was very cold. But this time I didn't know what natural event was happening, so I had to keep an eye out for anything. At that time I poured my cup of coffee to watch and contemplate the rain fall, and then go to train.

Coffee is a drink that helps us a lot, especially in this type of situation, where the cold, nerves and anxiety are present, because you do not know what may happen, also take a good cup of coffee will help you to raise your spirits, remove any concerns you have and be very active to continue with your day, even if the weather stops you and you can not do anything.

Hello @davidpena21
Instant Coffee!!-10.jpg

Hurricanes, cyclones, or typhoons, whichever one they call it in your region, can be scary to experience. water and wind combined are two powerful elements that can cause real damage.
I'm happy to hear that you are safe with the comfort of a good coffee.
I hope the weather condition will improve in your country.
All good wishes:)
