Despues de tanto tiempo sin deslizar decidí dar el paso hoy de empezar por lo mas básico haciendo Bs Boardslide de nuevo. Estuve unos meses fuera del juego por dolores en las piernas que me impedían patinar y la verdad se siente muy bien estar mucho mejor sin dolores y con muchas ganas de volver al nivel de antes.

After so long without sliding I decided to take the step today to start with the most basic making Bs Boardslide again. I was out of the game for a few months due to pain in my legs that prevented me from skating and the truth is that it feels very good to be much better without pain and eager to get back to the level I was before.

Se que sera un camino largo recuperar los trucos de riel y los trucos en el piso, pero por algo se debe comenzar. Este truco es básico es uno de los primeros que debemos aprender al deslizar, para mi mala suerte deje la vela en mi casa así que me costo muchos intentos que deslizara, se frenaba y se sentía muy incomodo.

I know it will be a long road to recover rail tricks and tricks on the floor, but you have to start somewhere. This trick is basic, it is one of the first that we must learn when sliding, to my bad luck I left the glider at home so it took me many attempts to slide, it slowed down and felt very uncomfortable.

Al principio me sentía extraño pero después de varios intentos mi cuerpo se fue soltando poco a poco, como les comente anteriormente sin vela es algo incomodo patinar. Pude grabar varios tiros en normal y to fakie, este truco solo lo he aprendido a combinar con shove it out.
