Hola amigos, les cuento que cuando hago viajes y consigo frutas y verduras, me detengo a comprarlas porque son muy frescas y mucho más económicas, por eso cuando tengo la oportunidad de pasar por Cumanacoa, Cocollar, Taguaya, Guayuta, Guanaguana, Manare y todos esos pueblos cercanos que encontramos en la carretera cuando viajamos desde Cumaná hasta la ciudad de Maturín lo disfruto mucho, por el paisaje, el clima y cuando veo las ventas de frutas y verduras aprovecho esta oportunidad para comprar, porque son muy frescas, en este viaje compramos berenjenas, maíz, nísperos, cambures, naranjas, calabazas, lechosas, entre otros.

Todo el tiempo no encuentro estas frutas en el camino, solo las de su temporada, consumir frutas y verduras frescas es muy saludable por su buena calidad; además al comprarlas apoyamos la agricultura local, cada vez que veo estas frutas y verduras me asombro de lo sabia que es la naturaleza porque siempre está pendiente de regalarnos cada año estas frutas y verduras, es bueno recordar que consumir frutas y verduras de temporada son las que están en su mejor momento para el consumo, porque mantienen intactas todas sus propiedades.

Por eso es importante incluir en nuestra dieta buenas raciones de frutas y verduras ya que nos aportan gran cantidad de vitaminas, fibra, minerales, antioxidantes y agua, estos alimentos son esenciales en la prevención de muchas enfermedades, sobre todo para los más pequeños de la casa, por eso cuando tengo la oportunidad de comprar estas frutas y verduras frescas no me la pierdo.
