Hello friends of this wonderful community! this time I present a lunch to pamper my husband's cravings, this time I prepared fried chicken accompanied by buns and french fries, this lunch is very delicious, I eat it very rarely, but when I prepare it I enjoy it to the fullest because from time to time we must give ourselves some treats in our palate. Ingredientes que utilicé en la preparación de esta receta:
1 pechuga, harina de maíz, aceite, 2 patatas, sal, orégano, pimienta, cúrcuma, también utilicé 1 tomate, cebolla y aguacate para decorar el plato.

Este es el paso a paso de esta receta
- Lo primero que hago es cortar la pechuga de pollo en trozos, lavarla y luego condimentarla con sal, pimienta, orégano y un poco de cúrcuma, luego coloco una sartén en la estufa a fuego alto, agrego aceite y cuando está caliente agrego el pollo, lo dejo cocinar y lo volteo para que se cocine del otro lado y ya está listo este delicioso pollo frito.

Mientras preparo los bollos de harina de maíz tomo un recipiente y le agrego agua y sal, luego amaso la harina de maíz con mis manos limpias hasta obtener una masa suave, luego hago mis hallaquitas, mientras coloco en la cocina una olla con agua le agrego sal y cuando está hirviendo agrego los bollos al agua para que se cocinen, los dejo cocinar por unos minutos y cuando están arriba apago el fuego y listo.
While I prepare the corn flour buns I take a bowl and add water and salt, then I knead the corn flour with my clean hands until I get a soft dough, then I make my hallaquitas, while I place in the kitchen a pot with water I add salt and when it is boiling I add the buns to the water to cook them, I let them cook for a few minutes and when they are up I turn off the fire and that's it.

Ahora preparo las patatas fritas, agarro las patatas, las pelo y las corto en rodajas y les añado sal, luego pongo la sartén con aceite y cuando está caliente añado las patatas en la sartén, les doy la vuelta por ambos lados y ya están listas estas patatas fritas.
