For every 200 packs purchased, 1 card is guaranteed on top of the regular chance to get a card which is 1 in 200 i.e 0.5% per pack purchased.
This card is extremely rare since it is exclusive to the presale. It is used in 2 cooking recipes and is also used to craft flour.
