MAKING USE OF MY NEWLY COUPLED WEAVING MACHINE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Hey lovelies β€οΈ
It's your favorite girl @debbie-ese π
Welcome to my blog π€

So, I tried using the weaving machine for the first time all by myself sometimes last week using some fabrics that I wanted to work on. The man who coupled the machine gave me some tutorials on how to use the machine after he finished his work the last time and I did some video recording of the tutorial so that it will be easy for me to visit when I encounter difficulties.

The first and important step is to pass the thread - the weaving machine has three holes for three different threads of different colors and plenty bends where the threads have to pass through. The process is quite a difficult one for a beginner but the video I recorded during the tutorial was handy. While weaving one of the threads that I was using cut and I needed to go through the process of fixing the thread which became a big challenge.

I watched the video several times to see how he open the place where the needle is supposed to be removed but it all proved abortive. I battled with this process for more than thirty minutes with the hope of fixing it without any assistance but at last I had to reach out to the man who coupled the machine. While he was on his way I kept trying and surprisingly I was able to press the right button and the enclosed part opened.

I picked up my phone to call the man that I have been able to fix and he should not bother coming but he insisted that he will come around to put me through on some other key components that I need to know. I was grateful that someone was willing to assist me on how to use my new equipment. Before he arrived I was working on the fabrics I had and weaving them gradually and carefully so that the thread wouldn't cut once again.

The issue of threads getting cut is one that made me dislike using the weaving machine for a long time. But I don't have a choice than to master it now that I have a machine of my own.

Thank you for your time lovelies.
