this Is a very sound teaching coming from Bro Eli about Jesus Christ pronouncement concerning the church of God, this is obviously the truth cause we can see in today's church what's really going on.

we see alot of things going on now in most churches and you will wonder,. according to Jesus this house referring to the church which was meant to be a house of prayers traders as turned it into a Den of thieves, you see Jesus wasn't using figurative words there it was the very truth and here's why....

anywhere buying and selling is taking place there is bound to be some of thieves and stealing accompanied by destruction of lives and properties and as the bible puts it the devil comes by to steal kill and destroy all these are the attributes of the devil and allowing buying an selling to continue will breed the handworks of the devil, like killings, fighting and destruction of lives and properties.

according to bro Eli Jesus said that out of anger seeing what was going on at the temple and so he over turns the tabe of the money sellers and chase them out of the temple..... invariably Jesus was quoting from. the book of Jeremiah about this, when the said you have tured my house of prayers to a den of thieves

on this note the house of a God ought to be refered as the house of prayers and not a den of thieves....
