Hello friends,

Happy #marketfriday to everyone!

It is almost end of April, 2022 and winter is not leaving us easily. Someday it is warm 75F the next day it is around 50F. The weather was warm and humid, we went to visit Central Park. This time our goal was to cover north side of the park. While returning home through subway rain caught us at Lexington Avenue.

However, we took some photographs of flora shops at Lexington avenue to share with #Marketfriday community organized by lovely lady @dswigle. The last two photos are location of the place, as far as I remember it was Lexington avenue & 78 or 79 street.

All photos are taken by me with Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Don't forget to drop the link when I post #MarketFriday. I don't post it until Friday EST. I try to post it a few minutes after midnight for everyone's convenience.

That will be in a little more than three hours.

#MarketFriday loves you!

Oh, when I see these pictures, I miss New York City! The pictures are lovely.

The florist shop had a nice variety of plants and beautiful orchids! So many flowers, including Easter lilies and, looked like little vases of roses.

Hasn't the weather been crazy? It is the same here in Washington, DC, but a little warmer. The temperatures fluctuate as I have never seen before. I hope we get to see Spring this year! :) Thank you for the wonderful #MarketFriday! I hope your daughter had a fun Easter!

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that is these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:
