Today's Menu Vegetable Soup

Today's weather is cloudy with quite cold air. Slightly makes the body lazy to activity. This causes the body to become less fit, so it will be easy to catch a cold. To prevent it, it is necessary to increase the body's resistance so that it is not susceptible to the flu. The need for food intake that contains lots of vitamins will make the body increase endurance. And coincidentally, today's diet is vegetable soup, which contains lots of vitamins and is good for the body.


This vegetable soup consists of several kinds of them, namely carrots, baby corn, tomatoes, celery leaves, and green onions. From these types of vegetables there are many vitamins and benefits for the body.


There are so many vitamins and the benefits of carrots for the body, including the healthy benefits of carrots obtained from the content of various nutrients in them, one of which is beta-carotene which acts as an antioxidant. In addition, there are a number of other nutrients contained in carrots, such as fiber, vitamin K, potassium, vitamin C, folate, phosphorus, potassium, protein, and calcium.
Those are some of the benefits and vitamins contained in carrots.


In addition to carrots, corn also has some vitamins and benefits that are good for the body, including the benefits of corn obtained from the ingredients it has. Corn is rich in fiber, folic acid, vitamin C and many more ingredients and benefits of corn.


Apart from corn, tomatoes also have a lot of vitamins and benefits that are good for the body including, namely Tomatoes are fruits that contain vitamin C and antioxidants. The content contained in tomatoes provides benefits in fighting the formation of cancer-causing free radicals. If you are experiencing constipation, consuming tomatoes can help overcome this condition.


In addition, celery leaves also have ingredients and benefits that are not inferior to the others, namely the benefits of celery leaves that have been known for a long time, namely that they can nourish the kidneys. Celery has a high content of vitamins C, B, A and iron which is very useful for protecting the kidneys and liver.


And the last one is spring onions. Leeks are useful for strengthening bones by reducing the risk of osteoporosis. This is because chives are rich in vitamin K.
