MY ENTRY TO W19E3 "ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD", THE CONTEST IN HIVE LEARNERS

Week 19 was a very exciting week, and this time we have entered the 3rd edition of this very exciting week. As you know, there are many interesting titles that have become materials or contestants this week, as well as in this 3rd edition. In this 3rd edition the discussion will be more interesting because we will discuss proverbs, as previously announced, in this third edition we are required to explain proverbs that are suitable for our lives today, of course you know that proverbs are one of the media that describe life in the real world contained in literary works. For that, I will also tell you about a proverb that fits my current life very well, so listen carefully.
There are many media that describe the life we live as it is today, one form of this is proverbs. Proverb itself is an arrangement and beauty of words that have a certain meaning and are used for representative media of a thing, action, and also the behavior of humans. Proverbs are one of the literary works that are widely used, not only for people who study in that section, people who don't even know literature often use them and only know what proverbs are. In our lives we have also experienced something or a moment in life and we know a proverb that is suitable for that situation. Likewise me, I also have a proverb that if I look around is very relevant to my life at this time and of course this is not a mere coincidence because indeed every moment there is a proverb that can describe it.
In my life right now there are many things that I face, which I do and I judge them. These things are things that of course I just learned, of course I don't have much experience because I am still very young so I have to be very careful what I do. All Glitters is not Gold, is an English proverb that describes and fits my current life, which is where I can't just indulge and fall into something that I think is gold when it is Glitters that have the same color as Gold, of course you understand what Gold means here. Indeed there are many things that have an appearance like Gold but not all things are Gold, and from this proverb I should not only look at a thing just because its shape is the same as what I expected, but I must keep studying it, look at it carefully, before I make a decision. This proverb is also related to my little experience, therefore I should not determine something just because I am attracted by the color, and its luster, but I have to find out the meaning of the thing well or I will be deceived by its appearance.
Of course there are many things that can trick me in this world, but I can't go wrong and have to keep learning everything and it will also be an experience for me later.
As we know, in this world there are many things that are still a mystery and unexpected things. Because of this, those of us who don't have much experience should not be hasty in making decisions because something that looks fine can turn into something that will become a source of trouble for us and can destroy us later. We should understand everything in detail, find out its credibility and make sure we don't fall into anything wrong. The proverb All Glitter is not Gold is also useful for us so that we don't underestimate something, and be more careful in our actions.
If we are careful of course we can distinguish which things are really good and provide benefits for us and which things are just nonsense. And in my current life, I really fit this proverb very well and I'm also learning something that I'm going to age and trying my best so I don't go in the wrong direction.

You're right bro. All that glitters is not gold. In the world we are today, appearance can be very tricky. As you have rightly said, one should not just hop into anything without studying. You have to study something well before you finally l decide to go into it.
Here in my country, I've heard a lot of stories of men who got married because of “beauty “ and ended up regretting it. Same thing goes for the female gender, some of them get married because of their “husband’s wealth”.

Yeah, it's happen in Indonesia either, lot of people is looking for beauty over everything and they never worries about the cost and what will happem to them, and that was good deception.
But, we are the smart guy, we never do that even the devil have a pretty face like an angle, we still refuse it, don't you....😉
A lot of people make the mistake, they take the wrong things as treasure because it sparkles or has a shiny surface.
It has gotten really worse now that we have lots of people living fake lifestyles out there, a single mistake by making the wrong choice might end up in real tears

Wow, this is lovely. Many things aren't what they really looks like, so we have to look before we leap, so we don't take a false step, that end up costing us much
Truly, all that glitters is not gold. We get distracted by the flashy things we see all around us every day, but as it turns out, most of them are all fake and for those that are real, it took quite a lot to get.
This is something we all need to learn.
