Edited from Logo Maker app

Week 23 has just ended and this time we will enter the 3rd edition of the week. As you know the 3rd edition this week is filled with very interesting titles to discuss. In this last issue, we will discuss the differences in jobs that are seen through their working hours. As you also know, this difference in working hours or working methods gives rise to 2 types of work, namely freelance and full-time, of course these two things are different and here I am also required to choose between the two if I have that choice. Therefore I will discuss it here, so read carefully.

There are many types of jobs in this world, as well as their respective operating hours. Vital jobs such as doctors, firefighters, police, or the like certainly require long operating hours even all day. Of course this is in accordance with the purpose of their work, namely to serve the community and as a first anticipation in case of unwanted events or an accident. Long working hours of course have different rules from jobs that have short working hours such as supermarkets, shops, or the like where jobs like this don't require long operating hours, they only operate if there is a crowd or there are customers. Talking about the time or working hours of a job, we can't choose the best and the worst in this case because it's all in accordance with their Operating Standards which if it can't be achieved by them then they can be said to be not good or not feasible to operate

If I had to choose whether I wanted to work as a freelancer or not, then of course I would choose to work as a freelancer. But here I will try to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both because I think that is what will make it different.
If we work as a freelancer, we certainly have a lot of free time and of course we can work at home and seem more relaxed. Working as a freelancer also allows us to be creative and also we have many innovative ideas that allow us to be creative well, if we work in the field of art and architecture of course this is very useful. Working as a freelancer also doesn't require an office or any other noise that disturbs us, all we need is a cup of coffee in the morning and all the work will be done. However, working as a freelancer will certainly drain our thoughts and ideas, we also have to excel and be able to compete with other freelancers so that we get a contract and we are hired to complete the work given. Working as a freelancer also makes us work alone, in this case we will bear everything ourselves and the consequences if we don't get an offer.

If we see the shortcomings when working as a freelancer, of course we will think that working full time in an office will make it better. In this case at least we can discuss when we face a problem or in finding a bright idea for an innovation or something like that. Of course, this will not be obtained when we work as freelancers.
When working full time, we actually don't really work full time, we also get time to rest even for a moment and full time jobs certainly have superiors and also organizational structures which are very important for organizing and selecting the right job and can complete many jobs at once . Working full time means we will spend our days working and we will have holidays off and this is of course the same as we go to school and go home when school is over. If we were people who really hated to linger in school, then we would certainly not be cut out for this kind of work, but perhaps we would have to do it.

The point is, if I had to choose, of course I would choose to be a freelancer because I can work from home and be more flexible. But I will bear everything alone as well as at the risk. To optimize it of course I have to be better than others and this makes me continue to compete to be the best every time.

Those are some of my explanations regarding these two forms of work, for me they are all the same and each has its own advantages and disadvantages, therefore we must choose wisely.
Thank you and see you in the next post.

Special thanks to :

Being a freelancer will birth more ideas and innovation from you through critical ideas when you are alone with no one disturbing you.

One of the reasons a lot of us love freelancing us the flexibility it provides. We are able to do a lot of things on the side as well.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

Yeah, that was true.
And freelance don't need the office, so you you just finish the job, with no need to be hurry going to office in every morning.

As a freelancer you got to have many opportunities to choose compare to being employed and assigned to one specific work. Your Boss may be on your neck if a specific target isn't met; this is more associated with those work on commission bases, where all their profit target would be their commission capped base on the number of prospects attained.
