Looking at the heights / Mirando a las alturas

Hello friends of Photography lovers, as you all know I am passionate about going everywhere with my camera to capture everything that causes me curiosity. Walking around Havana in the city of Vedado lately I have felt a motivation to go photographing the tall buildings or at least that stand out from the rest of the buildings that are nearby so you can see their contrast with the sky.
That has happened to me with that chimney that has the name of "El Cocinero", despite being in one of the lowest areas of the area it stands out from anywhere you look at it, since the nearby buildings are much smaller, it is something in its favor, it is also quite high and striking. At the base of this large chimney is the restaurant that gives it its name.

Hola amigos de Photography lovers , como todos saben soy un apasionado de ir con mi cámara a todas partes para captar todo aquello que me causa curiosidad. Caminando por el Habana en la ciudad del Vedado últimamente he sentido una motivación por ir fotografiando los edificios altos o por lo menos que sobresalgan del resto de edificios que están cerca para que se pueda ver su contraste con el cielo.
Eso me ha pasado con esa chimenea que tiene el nombre de "El Cocinero", a pesar de estar en una de las zonas más bajas de la zona destaca desde cualquier lugar que la mires, ya que los edificios cercanos son mucho más pequeños, es algo a su favor, además es bastante alta y llamativa. En la base de esta gran chimenea se encuentra el restaurante que le da nombre.

On my walk through Vedado near the Malecón I also found other tall buildings that caught my attention, because something that motivates me a lot to take these photos of the height is that between the camera and my lens there are no electricity cables that appear everywhere, I know they are necessary but when they appear before my lens I hate them haha Among these three tall buildings I photographed is the Cohiba Hotel with 25 floors, it is one of the tallest hotels in Havana.

En mi paseo por el Vedado cerca del Malecón también encontré otros edificios altos que me llamaron la atención, pues algo que me motiva mucho a tomar estas fotos de las altura es que entre la cámara y mi lente no se interponen cables de electricidad que aparecen por todas partes, sé que son necesarios pero cuando aparecen ante mi lente los odio jaja Entre estos tres edificios altos que fotografié está el Hotel Cohíba con 25 pisos, es uno de los hoteles más altos de La Habana.

Going up Paseo street on my way back home my eyes fell on a church that always catches my attention because of its domes, it is the Church of Santa Catalina de Siena and it is located exactly on Paseo Avenue and 25th street, on the side facade also protrude three pillars.

Subiendo por la calle Paseo de regreso a casa mis ojos se posaron en una iglesia que siempre me llama la atención por sus cúpulas, es la Iglesia de Santa Catalina de Siena y se encuentra exactamente en la Avenida Paseo y calle 25, en la fachada lateral también sobresalen tres pilares.

Arriving at my house I passed very close to a residential building that has 21 floors, in the whole town is recognized by the plants it has, everyone when referring to it says "The 21 plants". It is the tallest building in the area, it is what most resembles a beehive, not by the shape it has but by the large number of houses that exist in it.

Llegando a mi casa pasé muy cerca de un edificio residencial que tiene 21 pisos, en toda la localidad se reconoce por las plantas que tiene, todo el mundo cuando se va a referir a él le dice así " El 21 plantas ". Es el edificio más alto de la zona, es lo que más se asemeja a una colmena, no por la forma que tiene sino por la gran cantidad de casas que existen en él.
