Today I come to resume the fight and try to win this assault with the help of you my friends, who knows if I also win new friendships and some reputation with the help of your votes and comments. The activity of painting outdoors or plein air
The painting that I bring you today is one of my outdoor painting activities, which little by little I have been learning some secrets from the artists who have practiced this modality, yes because I consider myself a tireless apprentice of my profession, and painting is not the same in any of its facets, nor pictorial modalities.
This way of painting reaches its greatest splendor in the nineteenth century by the Impressionists, but deeper studies and research reflect that it was in the last third of the fifteenth century in England that this modality was adopted as a way to learn the behavior of the Light in a real and live way, capture the reality of the landscape and document works for teaching, this is how the British painter is John Constable As its precursor.
The painting that captured natural light was always used to make sketches and previous studies. However, with the artists of the Barbizon school and the Impressionists, this technique received a new life.
They transformed reality into a magical world of colors, they abandoned the existing academic rules. The objective was to transmit with separate brushstrokes of pure colors to capture the impression of light.
Among its greatest exponents we can mention on the British side to William Turner, Constable.
On the other hand, we have the Impressionists with: Edouard Manet, Camille Pizarro, Renoir, Claude Monet Among many more.

After this little introduction we are going to show you the painting that I bring you today.
Step by step of the creative process
- Today I am working on a 55x38 cm format, it is the standard number 8 of the landscape format, oil/canvas as usual.
- I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that the 55x38 cm format is quite large for outdoor paintings, I recommend to start a smaller one, like 30x40, or even smaller. It is my recommendation to those who are starting out.
If you already recognize the area where I am painting, you can tell me, otherwise in the end I will be sharing other works other than the same place..

Hoy vengo a retomar la pelea y tratar de ganar este asalto con la ayuda de ustedes mis amigos, quien sabe si gane también nuevas amistades y algo de reputación con sus votos y comentarios. Muchos amigos de la comunidad de @hivecuba están siendo promovidos a minnow, el segundo escalón dentro de la colmena. Es una grata noticia para mi que muchos cubanos hayan encontrado en #hive un refugio saludable que nos permita crear y compartir cualquier tipo de contenido sin ser censurados. Para ellos va dedicado el trabajo de hoy.
La actividad de pintar al aire libre
La pintura que hoy les traigo es una de mis actividades de pintura al aire libre, que poco a poco he ido aprendiendo algunos secretos de los artistas que han practicado esta modalidad, si porque yo me considero un aprendiz incansable de mi profesión, y la pintura no es igual en ninguna de sus facetas, ni modalidades pictóricas.
Este modo de pintar alcanza su mayor esplendor en el siglo XIX por los impresionistas, pero estudios e investigaciones más profundas reflejan que fue en el último tercio del siglo XVlll en Inglaterra que se adoptó esta modalidad como forma de aprender el comportamiento de la Luz de manera real y en directo, captar la realidad del paisaje y documentar trabajos para la enseñanza, es así que se denomina al pintor británico John Constable cómo su precursor.
La pintura que captaba la luz natural se utilizo siempre para hacer bocetos y estudios previos. Sin embargo con los artistas de la escuela Barbizon y los impresionistas esta técnica recibió una nueva vida.
Transformaban la realidad en un mundo mágico de colores, abandonaron las reglas académicas existente. El objetivo era trasmitir con pinceladas separadas de colores puros para captar la impresión de la luz.
Dentro de sus máximos exponentes podemos mencionar por la parte británica a William Turner, Constable.
Por otra parte tenemos a los impresionistas con: Edouard Manet, Camille Pizarro, Renoir, Claude Monet entre muchos más.

Después de esta pequeña introducción vamos a mostrarles la pintura que les traigo hoy.
Paso a paso del proceso creativo
- Hoy estoy trabajando en un formato de 55x38 cm, es el numero 8 estándar del formato paisaje , óleo/lienzo como es habitual.
- Quería aprovechar para comentarles que el formato de 55x38 cm es bastante grande para las pinturas al aire libre,yo recomiendo para empezar uno más pequeño, como 30x40, o incluso menor. Es mi recomendación a los que se inician.
Si ya reconocen la zona donde estoy pintando me lo puedes comentar, sino al final estaré compartiendo otros trabajos distintos del mismo lugar.
