A short walk through the Sijanska Forest before the rain

avatar
(Edited)

The day was gloomy warm somehow autumn but still winter because it smelled of snow and winter

img_0.43085849132658216.jpg

So I used it for a little walk through that old forest ( Tal. Bosco Sijana . - Deu. Kaiserwald . )

img_0.14520820480777977.jpg

next to the road there are beautiful felled trees which is home to many insects and insects

img_0.599294692065502.jpg

A boar with that red ball beautifully adorns the forest

img_0.08932016451504188.jpg

( LAT . Ruscus aculeatus )
You really don't know sharp leaves until you stick to this beautiful plant that grows slowly and spreads slowly.

img_0.6069477299341115.jpg

a view of the road across the road as I find myself at the crossroads of the oute

img_0.6893402186400703.jpg

I will choose this time somehow it seems more interesting to me

img_0.6151324734632436.jpg

and led me to some weird manhole looking like water

img_0.5918022383736791.jpg

at the end of this road you come across a huge old Oak ratitet Lat . Quercus pudescens .

this on this meadow which is now a park are one of the oldest trees originating from the Austro-Hungarian Hungarian monarchy who planted them possibly in the 1271 s.

img_0.768068742823327.jpg

behind this monstrosity is a board :

I write; CHILDREN FOR JOY AND HEALTH

THE LITTLE PRINCE trail

img_0.6311157330444627.jpg

when you look at the meadow, you can see large dominant trees that adorn the view...

img_0.9822505619871433.jpg

this is the Cork Oak ( Lat . Quercus suber )

these forests are connected by a story from 1271 on Good Friday

img_0.5318945374578876.jpg

where members of Castropol's respectable and wealthy family were killed by conspirators..

This rope is not from that time but from this one and it is obviously a backward game ... for someone to bite a dog and swing on its jaw

img_0.32660381204188915.jpg

to go back a little to the history of the area

img_0.5674698530277472.jpg

All that remained was a male boy who was given to a convent to survive and so he managed to live.

As this insect (Lat. Lygaeus equestris) crawled into the bark it floats deep into the warm

img_0.037058128235572745.jpg

As this insect (Lat. Lygaeus equestris) crawled into the bark it floats deep into the warm

the moss on each tree is different this is the moss from it

img_0.9838135614062424.jpg

img_0.09637587080397461.jpg

img_0.25678814481939116.jpg

Then, in 1860, the management of the forest was taken over by the then Navy, which is also a strategic place, apart from fortifications and forts, as well as a tree nursery.
Lat ;
Quercus duber , Quercus pubescanes , Pinus brutia
Caprinus orientali , Quercus ilex

img_0.4591055980802586.jpg

this is the bark of an oak Quercus suber , which they used bark to make cork

img_0.7677081301541318.jpg

for various naval and industrial needs on the tree it is suitable that its bark is peeled only today it is no longer done in that forest

img_0.16793534919452927.jpg

there on the bark I found a small coccinellidae climbing

img_0.4516786588649395.jpg

and a thin thread passes by the cobweb

img_0.8428146516913982.jpg

one species coccinellidae Ten - Spotted ledybird ( Lat . Adalia fecempuntata ) he climbs slowly and enjoys

img_0.6521745241915322.jpg

the skin from which this fluffy seed flew and stuck on this tree

img_0.670403858109778.jpg

the moss on this tree is unique and rare to me to see

img_0.08988106622886212.jpg

a cobweb cocoon with pieces of moss

img_0.14112875755862292.jpg

its evergreen canopy

img_0.8320480543609489.jpg

a branched old canopy as if stacking was somehow in order with those branches

img_0.5907719470435615.jpg

This is what the whole tree Quarce suber looks like

img_0.47169056182541214.jpg

This tree broke a long time ago because it had a cavity and this has remained for years and it is durable Acacia .
I think it's yellow but I'm not sure it can be detected, the next first flowering

img_0.47187415709682656.jpg

I'm going to another bush Quarce suber
on this tree the slightly different moss is somehow rounder

img_0.42402768964991777.jpg

img_0.43029923458269126.jpg

small pod flowers

img_0.9126327759892976.jpg

they are very thin and small I am always glad to see them because du somehow elegant

img_0.05268385807135349.jpg

img_0.7622400008267725.jpg

there I found a hole in the bark with small bumps

img_0.6769202300582858.jpg

this is not natural here ... this brownish foam like bark

img_0.04208411133584953.jpg

it is the human factor of labor ... the reason for plugging the hole in which the Hornet's nest was

and now various insects and spiders are using those little holes

img_0.53168258734419.jpg

and the moss settles slowly after that

img_0.05049949891616378.jpg

next to that hole grows a young ivy on the leaf of which is a small ant sheep

img_0.1723640407463817.jpg

in addition an acorn stuck in the bark

img_0.5744282438377838.jpg

this is what the entrance looked like - the exit of the holes in the tree, just how much space there is in the tree when there were a lot of hornets

img_0.5810332010729002.jpg

The problem is that they made a nest in the park instead of somewhere in the wild where they don't bother anyone, there are children and people walking

img_0.5606151955886689.jpg

There is also an old White Hornbeam tree Carpinus orientalis

img_0.763940542413546.jpg

img_0.5225777268889563.jpg

its gnarled bark full of folds and protrusions

img_0.7084638373078253.jpg

there are thin twigs on this bark

img_0.9397236635305708.jpg

used by the spider

img_0.4047496893347794.jpg

img_0.8990816438621326.jpg

it is a big and thick tree just let it grow

img_0.5998879475171388.jpg

this is another white hornbeam and it is quite old only the moss on it is large

img_0.30657356827848936.jpg

img_0.3943761719674835.jpg

looks like some threads of wool to knit t-shirts

img_0.14779292740606798.jpg

img_0.33280692037988835.jpg

it is very fascinating to me that every tree has its own moss

img_0.934099755618279.jpg

this is on the trunk how it looks and how many there are

img_0.8781005455500474.jpg

canopy rich and almost dense

img_0.7774623795108948.jpg

but clouds could still be seen through it .

img_0.3349087422591557.jpg

this is the wild carob tree

img_0.10233604306876189.jpg

this is the wild carob tree - Fake carob ( Lat . Gleditsia triacanthos )

img_0.40033724562442385.jpg

this one has no moss but lichen and rusty nail

img_0.5653050150145024.jpg

img_0.36838832069602706.jpg

img_0.5826172292439322.jpg

img_0.16283217879905126.jpg

there is a nail-like hole here and the water is leaking a little gently

img_0.5943611153442164.jpg

and in its bark I came across two small snails

img_0.72372674079245.jpg

img_0.09248271259634672.jpg

on this tree Quercus pubescents

img_0.8485994786814973.jpg

there are some weird holes in its bark at the bottom, it's not like I've seen it on other trees

img_0.17080922079022964.jpg

and these as if they were detained holes

img_0.03706573321908351.jpg

at first i thought it was from ivy it should be quite thick and old ivy because it has hairs like this

img_0.9107890383212955.jpg

and thus leaves a trail when separated

img_0.4528788503275307.jpg

this is how he is pinned to the bark and drinks the juices of wood

img_0.6195313618663443.jpg

it's a nice big tree

img_0.5684935272231897.jpg

a little further on I came across an old bunker and around it they made some benches

img_0.46720477525037574.jpg

img_0.9749059124810275.jpg

I came a little closer to see what it looked like

img_0.7604186759701628.jpg

next to the door on the left this hole is vertical and I'm just wondering what's inside I'm a little curious if there's anything

img_0.17725828541861083.jpg

there is nothing but about the hole next to that hole there is this looks like the neck of a beer bottle

img_0.053801546468166254.jpg

here we have and the window is nicely made so as not to throw garbage inside

img_0.38927635421845125.jpg

a little to the right there is another groove in the wall but there are cables

img_0.5010672827704689.jpg

in these vertical grooves next to the door there may be some animal resting

img_0.06984100679110081.jpg

nothing at least what I see, only cables are attracted

img_0.8552527206313013.jpg

img_0.027746475622842007.jpg

interesting but go upstairs where I find on stones carved by hand some 100 years ago

img_0.5909692128799063.jpg

there one stands upright looking like a small mini obelisk and it says 1909 ,- -
looks like 1809 I'll take a look again or again

img_0.035044522997411086.jpg

some explanation is possible on this board

img_0.25127871496339654.jpg

this is in English

img_0.24222266439315412.jpg

on that board describing that minesto there are various insects and whips on it which was more interesting to me to watch like this little few millimeter woolly moth or woolly insect

img_0.9803658669306762.jpg

img_0.280659155086911.jpg

I still came across two on the edge of the frame but I didn't see them moving

img_0.2703242144412705.jpg

img_0.8239139674547993.jpg

on the back behind there is this little crumb that looks like dust only those two even smaller dots they move only monster equipment for so little photography so it remained like this

img_0.16000679017562516.jpg

up is funny i think there is a little caterpillar inside that makes these beautiful grass houses

img_0.5149629475878.jpg

there is also a little red forest ant watching me as it roars

img_0.25451408310341567.jpg

may a snowflake of some beautiful seed

img_0.9456224500516864.jpg

so a small tiny wasp flew to the side of the girder

img_0.023988985799142173.jpg

when she flew away I went to a flower a little further because he was the only one in the whole meadow

img_0.42730386071338905.jpg

img_0.823615725440705.jpg

there grows one species of mint which alone has this flower remaining

img_0.2154541764477305.jpg

img_0.994921855245905.jpg

This is one long big fallen tree that lies by the road and is overgrown with greenery

img_0.7037213184843303.jpg

a small insect house looks good

img_0.321306556062512.jpg

moss is interesting to me on this tree

img_0.7908684021000859.jpg

img_0.47767204044571704.jpg

img_0.3832123374983088.jpg

this one is also different

img_0.1504388453176332.jpg

there is one worm that looks like a caterpillar

img_0.4072442638525258.jpg

some small seed or pupa of some insect this brown

img_0.25747283173297697.jpg

img_0.8981037956044426.jpg

a little above there is a reddish lenticular dot, small and small, it's an insect, but it's a little small and it moves

img_0.28269914029359944.jpg

on the way I found a piece of old terracotta and it was as if it was on fire

img_0.15933040086636416.jpg

img_0.2372691490409493.jpg

img_0.635225640258915.jpg

and then I dropped it next to this sheet

img_0.4154723490908463.jpg

which is close to this deeper in the tree with water

img_0.35983014571124006.jpg

img_0.6901740391342429.jpg

these are some black leafy structures resembling mushrooms

img_0.3566721001128719.jpg

img_0.6771174474631171.jpg

it will be found below this large root of a collapsed tree whose ends have merged with a living tree

img_0.43085849132658216.jpg

this is a little rare but it is not strange that two trees intertwine and thus grow

img_0.08318035455354475.jpg

img_0.9818943661681172.jpg

so through them can be seen in the distance and a trash can

img_0.2949689369658861.jpg

and some weird park

img_0.36117362888221455.jpg

then you come across a park that has a lot of benches and tables made of collapsed trees of this forest

img_0.3219076598373964.jpg

img_0.8749989068855814.jpg

there is equipment to prepare arranging plants in vases to put on the tables

img_0.76027001753424.jpg

except on tables that look like this

img_0.3015534888256806.jpg

it can be placed as a decoration on a house like this

img_0.2097045306178864.jpg

behind that house there is a delicate plant that is fenced I think the flower is just for now let it rest if it blooms I will know

img_0.41130234920396663.jpg

a little further on I found an acorn ball otherwise a nest of a small wasp

img_0.2593995751228381.jpg

and there next to it is a moss on which is a tiny little dot of an insect

img_0.26482475261115923.jpg

The end of this walk has come with a small presentation of the late autumn and early winter atmosphere in the Sijana Forest

img_0.16709595954195164.jpg

Few historical events related to this area this forest mentioned from 1271 .
With my walk I had to hurry because it was just starting to rain heavily. For you on HIVE, all this with a few photos and a couple of solutions to make it easier to present everything as it is in this little walk.

THE END
