An improvised instrument on a fishing rod

I was a bit bored and I found an old fishing rod, I didn't know what to do with it except that thought.
" What do you play on the fishing rod?"

So I took that rod that suited me in terms of length and thickness, looked up the dimensions on the internet and started making

I started playing the flute. First cut to separate the segments.

when cut carefully

it goes smoothly even though it is carbon and I like the color

I was able to separate it and it's great

that's all the parts, the rest I'll see what I'll use it for

now I have to remember how to mark the middle since it goes into a cone, which creates an additional problem

along the length I stuck a paper adhesive tape to mark the middle of the plane more easily

when it is stuck, it is moved to the lathe where I put the taper cone ,
one on the head in the fixed jaw

the other fixed taper into the horse to make sense of the taper

this is how it looks super nice placed in the spikes to draw the plane of the cone in the middle

I placed the pencil in the jaw that moves left and right,
intended for turning knives,

now carefully finish drawing at the bottom of the strip for additional markings. Marking only at the end and beginning because that is enough for me

I take a drawing bar, specifically a spirit level, with which I connect the marked ends

great now that the plane is marked

on that marked plane I plotted the distance of the holes, the dimensions of which I found on the Internet

start drilling first with a thinner drill bit

and then with the necessary thick drill bit

now that everything is drilled, it looks good and looks nice, there is not much damage in the holes

I removed the adhesive tape and started filing the holes to make them cleaner

this is how the holes that need to be cleaned from damage look like

the hole is cleaned much better this way

I took Nerf bullets to use to make the resonance plug

Aluminum adhesive tape I cut the bullet sponge

I rolled it all into a ball and glued it to serve as a plug, which is also its function

Inserted into the pipe and glued the resonance hole

The flute is finished and made.
I also produce some sounds on it, but for that I still have to train. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work of making the musical instrument Flute.
