Ya que los que somos emprendedores sabemos que esto es como una montaña rusa, días buenos y días malos y hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo maravilloso que es tener clientes que aprecien nuestro trabajo y no los digan, ya que nos motiva a seguir mejorando y dar un producto de calidad. Hace como 10 días está clienta me contacto y me preguntó que si podría realizar una torta para un matrimonio y le dije que si, pero me preguntó sino tenía ningún problema que fuera para el 25 de diciembre que es un día que normalmente no se trabaja. Y le dije que no tenía ningún problema que con mucho gusto haría está torta para esta ocasión especial.

About 10 days ago this client contacted me and asked me if I could make a cake for a wedding and I told her yes, but she asked me if I had no problem that it was for December 25th, which is a day that is not normally worked. And I told him that I had no problem that I would be happy to make this cake for this special occasion.

Así que para preparar este pedido fui a comprar los materiales y las flores y como todo no puede salir bien a veces, compré unas rosas que al parecer tenían mucho tiempo en la floresteria y lo que tarde en llegar a la casa estaban marchitas y eso me estreso mucho pero logré que una de mis tías pudiera comprar unas rosas más frescas y comencé a batir la mezcla para las tortas. La verdad es que no es fácil trabajar en un día que no quieres hacer nada. Pero hay que hacer lo que hay que hacer, cuando las tortas estuvieron frías las corte por la mitad y comencé a armar la torta, las rellene con Arequipe repostero y también coloque un aro de crema de mantequilla para evitar que el arequipe se salga. Luego de esto coloque unos soportes en la torta de abajo y la cubrí con crema de mantequilla. Una vez las dos tortas tienen crema de mantequilla las lleve a la nevera para que la crema de mantequilla sea más firme y manejar la torta más fácilmente. Cuando hacemos algo que amamos no lo vemos como un trabajo agotador y sobre todo disfrutamos de hacer esto.

But you have to do what you have to do, when the cakes were cold I cut them in half and began to assemble the cake, filled them with pastry Arequipe and also placed a ring of butter cream to prevent the arequipe from coming out. After this I placed some supports on the bottom cake and covered it with buttercream. Once both cakes have buttercream, put them in the refrigerator so that the buttercream is firmer and the cake can be handled more easily. When we do something we love we don't see it as exhausting work and above all we enjoy doing this.

Una vez los dos pisos unidos comencé a colocar las rosas, tambien algunos claveles y un poco de eucalipto y la torta estuvo lista, avisé a la clienta y está quedó encantada con la torta y me pidió disculpas por hacerme trabajar el 25 de diciembre pero le dije que no había ningún problema. Hoy me escribió para decirme que todos habían quedado encantados con la torta que además de hermosa estaba muy deliciosa. Y tambiem para enviarme algunas fotos que tomo y que debo decir que estaban realmente hermosas. De verdad que trabajar con clientes no es nada fácil pero creo que deseo todos los días es tener clientes tan maravillosos como está chica, que amo su pedido, no se quejo por el previo y sobre todo me escribió para decirme que todo estuvo perfecto y esto me hace muy feliz y me motiva a siempre hacer un buen trabajo.

Really, working with clients is not easy at all but I think what I wish every day is to have clients as wonderful as this girl, I love her order, she did not complain about the previous one and above all she wrote to me to tell me that everything was perfect and this It makes me very happy and motivates me to always do a good job.
