My week represented in some photos.

Mi semana pasada distó mucho de ser una semana típica, aunque soy un ferviente amante de estar en mi hogar y procuro concentrar mis actividades para salir lo menos posible, la fortuna me llevó fuera de casa casi a diario.

My last week was far from being a typical week, although I am a fervent lover of being at home and I try to concentrate my activities to go out as little as possible, fortune took me away from home almost daily.

El lunes mi novia ganó una deliciosa malteada en un nuevo emprendimiento de la ciudad, lo que nos llevó a ir a retirarla a una hermosa urbanización cercana. El martes tuve que salir por la necesidad de llenar mi tanque de combustible además de querer visitar a mis padres, combiné ambas diligencias en un solo viaje matando así dos pájaros de un tiro.

On Monday my girlfriend won a delicious milkshake at a new business in the city, which led us to go pick it up at a beautiful neighborhood nearby. On Tuesday I had to go out due to the need to fill my gas tank in addition to wanting to visit my parents, I combined both errands into a single trip, thus killing two birds with one stone.

El jueves un corte de luz imprevisto nos dejó a oscuras al mediodía, sin nada que hacer en casa, mi novia y yo nos dirigimos a una heladería para refrescarnos y disfrutar de música mientras esperábamos el restablecimiento del servicio eléctrico.

On Thursday, an unforeseen power outage left us in the dark at noon, with nothing to do at home, my girlfriend and I headed to an ice cream parlor to cool off and enjoy music while we waited for the electrical service to be restored.

El viernes como de costumbre, salimos de compras para abastecer la despensa, nada fuera de lo normal ocurrió ese día. El sábado llegó lo extraordinario, mi novia ganó una cena para dos en la feria de comida del polideportivo de la ciudad, regalándonos una salida y una deliciosa cena cortesía de su buena suerte.

On Friday as usual, we went shopping to stock the pantry, nothing out of the ordinary happened that day. On Saturday the extraordinary came, my girlfriend won a dinner for two at the food fair at the city's sports center, giving us an outing and a delicious dinner courtesy of her good luck.

Para cerrar la semana de una manera espectacular, el domingo mis padres nos invitaron a almorzar en su casa, la visita de mi abuela, la llegada de mi hermana con su esposo y mi adorable sobrina convirtieron el día en un momento familiar inolvidable.

To close the week in a spectacular way, on Sunday my parents invited us to lunch at their house, the visit of my grandmother, the arrival of my sister with her husband and my adorable niece turned the day into an unforgettable family moment.

Reflexionando sobre mi semana al momento de escribir este post, me di cuenta de la cantidad de salidas que realicé, muchas de ellas espontáneas, la verdad es que las disfruté al máximo y espero con ansias que esta semana me depare experiencias tan positivas e inesperadas como la pasada.

Reflecting on my week at the time of writing this post, I realized the number of outings I went on, many of them spontaneous, the truth is that I enjoyed them to the fullest and I look forward to this week bringing me experiences as positive and unexpected as the last one.
