my Friday Market
Good afternoon all, I hope we are having a great day so nice to welcome you all to my blog as I share with you how my Friday market when.
Everyone have a favorite place which they always want to go for stopping.
My favorite place is akwanga modern market, it's located at Akwanga West, adjacent U.B.A bank. I patronize the market every Tuesday because it is a day slated for buying and selling of goods at a more affordable rate. It's a day when farmers bring out their farm produce for sale. I usually go to the market with an estimated market price list. Here are three (3) amongst the goods I usually purchase at the market:

- Rice : There are different varieties of rice and their prices based on neatness, brightness, color, taste and quality with prices #1,200, #850, 800 and #700 respectively.

- Tomatoes: It's a bit expensive at the modern market. The small plate cost #350 and a small pent rubber cost #1,800. I usually buy one of the small rubber pent.

- Okrika clothes - the clothes are more cheaper every Tuesdays both that of children and adult wears. Each clothes cost #200 only and they are of good grades. Well there are one of higher price based on what you can afford.

See how the rice looks, that is the one of #1,200
This market is always so busy during market day, if you are not so careful your things will get missing, bad boys do snatch bags especially from girls,
That's all for my Friday market .

Sorry, is my first time posting in the community, that is why am not aware, thanks for calling my attention
Not a problem.
Haven't tomatoes gone up? It is insane how the price of our much-used staple items are out of control.I have never learned how to properly select rice. Honestly. I am impressed with how much goes into picking just the right grain.
Is the market far from home? Can you walk or are you transported to there? Is it open every day or is it just the bet day to shop? A very colorful, lively market. Yes! Best to watch our belongings in a busy environment!
#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world. Thank you for being a part of #MarketFriday
