At this current state and time, people hardly spend time with themselves. It's as though they're trying to avoid a quiet time with themselves. Some people cannot even look themselves in the mirror. They cannot look straight into their own eyes. That's really not a good thing.

If you don't spend enough time analyzing and scrutinizing yourself, how can you make major changes in your life for the very best. Financial progress tends to come as a result of a well constructive self evaluation. When you take out time to just be with you, you bask in the moment.

Sometimes, it's necessary to just turn off your phone or device or television. Or simply put it on airplane mode, so that you'll not be reachable within that time. You need some time to your own self - even if it's one hour everyday. You should just stop everything you're doing and just stay in the moment.

The internet is our greatest distraction in this generation. It's also our greatest treasure. But we have to apply wisdom to it. Fire helps us make food, but that same fire can burn badly if you don't use it the right way. That's why you have to ensure that you're making the best out of the internet age.

Unfortunately, too many people are letting this internet age control them. They've completely lost themselves to entertainments on the internet, and forget themselves in the process. You have to reflect in order to make real progress in life. And it's only if you can quiet all the noise around you, can you do that.
