Beef Teriyaki and more – Easy Peasy Cooking Recipe

Hello, friends especially foodies!


On weekend sometimes I spend my time to cook for my family like what I did recently, I had bought the slices meat and others I needed to cook in the morning, then I cooked it in the afternoon. What I made that day were Beef Teriyaki, Onion Ring and Ebi Furai. While for beef teriyaki and onion ring I needed to make from zero, for the ebi furai I bought the frozen one so we could just fried it.


Ingredients needed:

For beef teriyaki:
• Around 450 gram beef slices for shabu-shabu
• For marination:
o 4 spoon of teriyaki sauce
o 2 spoon of sweet soy sauce
o 3 spoon of soy sauce
• Chopped garlic
• An onion in medium size, sliced
• A bit oil
• A bit salt
• A bit teriyaki sauce

For onion ring:
• Multi purpose flour
• Some cold water with twice much as the flour


How I made it:


1ST

I needed to prepare for the marination, beef slices, three kind of sauce, teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce and soy sauce.

2ND

Put them all in one tray, then i spreaded it, I made sure that no beef parts that weren’t marinated.

3RD

First what we did were stirred the chopped garlic until it smelled well. Then, put on the onion in it until it also smelled well. After that, I put on the marinated beef to it, left over sauce on the tray also put on. Plus I also added around 2 spoons of the teriyaki sauce in it. Stirred.

Finished with the beef, now I would like to share to you about the onion.


5TH

Onion were sliced, different with the first one for the beef, but we did it at the same time. On the top for the beef teriyaki, while below for onion ring. My aunt helped me with this cutting matter.

6TH

What I did was making the wet dough with the flour and also cold water. Then I prepared the dry flour on another place. What I did was dipping the onion on the wet dough then put it on the dry flour. So they were double coated, wet and dry one.

7TH

Deep fried them in hot oil. Repeat the process until it finished.

8TH

While making it, we also fried the ebi furai.

THE RESULT

Ta da here they were..

The Beef Teriyaki was the best one, it had tasty savory sweet teriyaki flavour with soft slices meat. Wanna try some?

Onion rings were crispy and also savory, so did the ebi furai.
