おいしい Japanese Food Lunch, Teppanyaki!

Hello, friends especially foodies!

Yesterday, after i had accompanied mom to get her back theraphy in the hospital, at around 11.30 am we came to the nearest shopping center there to have our lunch before go home, we went straightly to a small japanese food restaurant there, Koi Teppanyaki.

Here how it looked like

When we came, nobody here as they had just opened. We needed to wait 15 minutes to get the chief ready to cook our orders.

The menu here

Like the name, their speciality here was their teppanyaki.

They actually had many branches, but due to the spread of corona virus, they closed some of their branch :'(.

Here the restaurant was so small, and we had never gone to any malls recently, actually my favorite was in Senayan City. Hopefully they still opened there. In this small place, we all must shared the table around the chief kitchen area.

The chief only needed around 10 minutes to cook our order. You could see how he cooked for your lunch here. Like usually we asked for our food to be put in single used takeaway boxes.

Both of us chose the sliced beef teppanyaki set which mean each of it was included the miso soup and also a bowl of rice.

The taste

Their beef teppanyaki always tasted so good with the savory and sweet taste. The beef was soft, the vegetables were fresh. A bit problem with the miso soup cause it had lack of thickness yesterday :(. Like usually, i love their teppanyaki.. but i was a bit disappointed cause they didn't have any yakisoba which i have wanted to eat so badly recently..

The Price

For two portion of sliced beef teppanyaki set and a bottle of mineral water, we paid 102,000 IDR or around 6.9 USD. I used a platform of payment so it was cashless, but no cashback for the purchase.
