Tasty Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice from the Food Court

Hello, friends especially foodies!

Spending her last time wisely, mom accompanied me to some restaurants and food stall. The one we went was this Hainanese Chicken stall in Food Print, a food court on 5th Floor West Mall, Grand Indonesia.

Not large this food court sold Chinese food with Hainanese Chicken rice as their specialization. Of course they also had other menus like noodle, fried rice and also flat noodle. That time we tried the menus that were their specialization, mom had hainanese rice with roasted chicken, while me, I tried their steamed chicken rice.

Not expensive, each only costed 43K IDR or around 2.9 USD.
Their hainanese rice had non greasy texture with savory tasty flavour. While their chicken, roasted chicken had tasty flavour of savory and sweet, the skin was too good to be true and also it had soft texture.

For the steamed chicken, it had white color, savory flavour. The skin was not good, but it was better than the one I had in other place. Like us, you should have it with their chilli sauce which had sweet and spicy flavour.
