Hello, friends especially foodies!

My dad came from US because of some business he has to do here, this included go to my grandmother's cemetery which we had done recently. From that place we went to cibinong, an area which well known for its' authentic dish, laksa.

But don't be wrong to choose the correct place to get the best laksa.

Sederhana (Modest) restaurant

The restaurant which i said named modest restaurant, it sold the authentic dish, they said the real laksa cibinong. Laksa is the name of the dish while cibinong was the name of the area.

CHOICES OF MENU

For the food menu, they had their authentic laksa.. Then they had oxtail soup, chicken soup, beef soto (clear or with coconut milk), beef feet soto (clear or with coconut milk), beef tripe soto (clear or with coconut milk), tripe noodle soto, meatballs noodle/rice noodle, chicken noodle/rice noodle, beef meatballs, yellow fried chicken, and fried cow lung.

They didn't have much beverages menu, but it was okay cause they had the best laksa and fried chicken and that were we craving for that day.

DINING AREA

As for the dining area like what they said modest restaurant, it only had several tables with chairs and also it had no air conditioner.

We came at 3 pm something, not at dine time so no wonder they only had one other table of customers before us.

THE TASTE OF THE BEST

LAKSA

For the soup, it had tasty flavour of coconut soup with savory and sweet flavour. It contained rice noodle, chicken, egg, beansprouts, basil leave and the fried red shallot on the top. The chicken it contained was also so tasty in savory and sweet. You really need to try it! Anyway i also added the chili sauce they made to it and made it too perfect beyond my expectation, it was fresh with sour spicy flavour.

YELLOW FRIED CHICKEN

The chicken smelled so good and it had soft texture. The taste of it absorbed so deeply in the chicken's meat. It served with fried spices which mainly made from candlenut which made it more tasty in savory. You also must try it!

So satisfied with the dishes they had, all of you need to try their best laksa and yellow fried chicken!
